  1. Sorry to hear about all your problems, but its good that you worked on it, cause she STILL looks beautiful!!
  2. And now back to the Pagani!.....I finally pulled my finger out, and decided to start scratchbuilding those cowl, and door catches.....here they are:
  3. I have a couple of those as well...…..VERY NICE kits!!!
  4. Hallo!, I was just wondering if anybody here has built the "Hardcastle & McCormick" Coyote kit car, that was modeled after McLaren?....lets see'em!!!!
  5. Simply BEAUTIFUL!!!! -what paint did you use on the wheels?....they really look steel!!!
  6. NICE Score!!, its unusual that with that Lindberg kit, the actual body looks way better than the box art, usually in life, its the other way-round!!...that's the main reason I,ve never bought that kit before....the box art is TERRIBLE!!…..looked like a lost cause to me.....NICE surprise!!
  7. I agree, Scott!!, it really IS a beautifully designed car, timeless even, I think.
  8. I agree 100%, This IS a good way to put it across without pointing the finger at any individual, cause lets face it, there are a heck of a lot more OVER sensitive people now-days......this is a great compromise. They should be lucky that they didn't get "Run through the gauntlet" like most of us were.
  9. Just got this huge model to build for Tinas grand kids!!!!!! lol
  10. As long as the pet peeve isn't done to hurt, its a way to learn....and of course theres those out there now-days that think reality, facts, and self-pride aren't fair, and shoulnt be allowed. Drill Sergeants in the military have ALOT of pet peeves, and they do a great job of kicking it out of us to make us BETTER men, as well as soldiers!!…..if you get your butt hurt about this thread, then don't look at it. If you cant see it as a learning tool, then its sad that you are too prideful to better yourself. Heck, the first couple of contests I entered before I went into the military, people TORE me and my models a new one!!!!….NOT nicely either -I told them that when I get out of the military I was coming for them, and I did!!!!….I used them as energy to get better!!!.....for my first three shows back, I took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in EVERY class I entered....all but trucks, and low riders. I took their negativity, and kicked their butts with it!! I don't need to compete anymore now.
  11. Thanks, JC!, looks just like my ROG's...
  12. Just picked these up for the Lotus......
  13. ….or across the top of the radiator.
  14. Just got these for my Lotus Esprit build.....the kit ones suck
  15. Tina drove five hours away to get me this Lotus kit, and after talking to the guy she bought it from, she mentioned how I like the stupid "yellow box" kits, and he said, "here, you can have all five of these then.....I cant stand them...they're junk".....she came home with 15 kits, and three FREE crappy Testors ones!!!....lol -I love Testors kits!!
  16. What back-end part, Matt?.....body, or chassis?....I can post photos....
  17. Thanks, JC!...it looks the same as the Revell of Germany one....
  18. Nice!...I was always curious about that one.....thanks
  19. I figured. I have two of Fujimis Enthusiast ones, and two of Revell of Germany ones. Obviously the Fujimi ones are the best...….especially one of the ones I have, its kit #09.....EXTREMELY rare. The Revell of Germany's aren't really that bad. They have great detail, but brittle plastic, and its VERY hard to find one that doesn't have a warped body in the back, or belly pan/chassis. How did the Italeri build-up?
  20. Who made it for them?....Italeri?
  21. Nice, if I had a favorite Ferrari, it would most definitely be the 288 GTO
  22. I like those too!!, my favorite was the Countach, then the Pantera, and then this Lotus.
  23. Thanks, William!...they are Beautiful cars!!!!
