No I didn't paint them. They're decals that came with the kit! Although they were hard as hell to put on and didn't come out prefect she's still stoked so I'm HAPPY

Monogram motor city kit

They're actually from a 70 429 mustan. The kit came with big aftermarket chrome wheels that I'm not to fond of and these are the back insert.
