If you can find an example that would prove it, however NOT finding an example doesn't disprove it. https://www.google.com/search?q=1934+ford+pick+up&espv=2&biw=1600&bih=799&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=T-6NVNKrAonzoATm-oFo&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#tbm=isch&q=original+1934+ford+pick+up&imgdii=_
Yeah, welcome, Tucson huh? Went to high school there in the early '60's.... Rincon and then Palo Verde when it opened 1963. Speaking of Palo Verde, right across the street, The ACE Hardware has the largest Hobby Shop in town.

http://jeffsallgraffitiallthetime.blogspot.com/2010/09/mpc-more-american-graffiti-yellow-deuce.htmlPretty much what's in this kit, http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/mpc-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/ford/1931-1940/mpc-1932-ford-sedan/ save the body. Chassis , engine etc. would be the same.
Looked like a good idea to me, not being able to afford a detailed kit like those offered. I could never find where they were offered here in the states.
The kits offered, mostly aircraft are truly unbelievable.
Bob, do you have any links?
