  1. Thanks for sharing. That is a work of art.
  2. Not a whole lot of progress. Hosted on Fotki Got a set of the Trail Ready Bead locks from dirtmodeler.com. Will likely spray them with some dull coat to tone down the chrome. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Not a fan of the real Quadratrack t-case so I had to do something with the kit supplied case. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki A little sanding, some Evergreen pieces and some putty and we have a much more acceptable Atlas II t-case. Hosted on Fotki Axles are basically done. Hosted on Fotki Rear springs mounted. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Front springs are built and the shocks made (yes they telescope up and down). Next is to get the front hanger built and then the front springs mounted.
  3. Great start. Thanks for the dimensions and info on how to properly "fix" the bed.
  4. You mean they didn't come from the factory as gassers? Going to be a cool build.
  5. The Hemi FE is real, it just was never built by Ford. Mickey Thompson designed and had some aluminum heads cast for the 427 FE. Scott Dapron (former MT employee) claims there were only four complete sets made. They are rare, but they do exist. http://www.carcraft.com/techarticles/ccrp_1208_ford_fe_427_engine_horsepower/
  6. Love your build. I'm another vote for reissue.
  7. Working on it. Should have an update later this week.

  11. Turned out great.
  12. Great work!
  13. Another beautiful build.
  14. Beautiful!
  15. Speeches!
  16. The level of detail is outstanding. The fact that you did all that without a mill and lathe blows me away!
  17. Nice to see a Ferrari in something other than red. The candy suits it well.
