  1. To mount the wheels I just took the little rubber adapter pieces that come with the wheel sets and drilled them a little larger so they would fit the kit wheel mounting locations, then just super glued them on.
  2. Thank you for the kind words. Its far from prefect, but I'm happy with the way it turned out.
  3. That's what I call a race car!
  4. That looks like it would be fun to rip up a road course in! Great build.
  5. Great looking VW. Really fits the Volks Rod theme.
  6. I thought I went through a lot of toothpicks! Mustang is looking great. Love the color choice.
  7. Are the AAR versions allowed to play? Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
  8. Beautiful build. Love the little details, especially the rag in the injector scoop!
  9. Some of the interior before assembly. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
  10. First I'd like to thank Marc Nellis. He hooked me up with a replacement body after I destroyed the first one and he graciously sold me the custom decals that made this build come together. Thanks again Marc! Paint is Testors One Coat Revvin Red over White lightning. Wheels are Aoshima 19in Kranze LXZ's painted Tamiya Gunmetal. Interior is a combination of the kit tub and dash with the seats and modified door panels from the Revel Civic. 11. I'm calling this one done! Hosted on Fotki See post in under glass section for more pics!
  12. RRRobot is coming along great. You must have one crazy parts bin with all the different pieces and parts you come up with.
  13. Looking great. Just remember on the oil filter, they are available in different sizes, so even if it looks smaller than a stock filter, it may resemble an aftermarket alternative.
