Thanks Dan I had some on my other phone but it crash I have some I took years ago but I’ll have to dig them out. With that Autocar it’s kinda hard to see because of the butterfly hood. I appreciate the help I might try another run at it. I have a 352 Pete day cab single axle I need to finish it’s almost done if you want I can post you a pic of it -
AMT Pete 352 Day Cab

Daniel. I’m kind stumped on my 290 Cummins in my Autocar I’m building although I owned the real truck seems like I just can’t get it the way it’s supposed to look so I may just build it as a 350 or 370. Your doing great on this build -

Dan. Thanks for the complement going to get some more done on it tonight Geoffrey. Thanks for stopping by and the complement. I hated to sell my truck last Fall but with my physical condition I couldn’t keep it looking the way it should look so I sold to a guy who’s going to keep the old girl in shape and take her to truck shows like I did. -

This is a old AMT Autocar DC I’ve had for about 16yrs always undecided what till make till last winter. I decided to make it a Dump truck. I took my brother Bill’s old bed he gave me back around 1986 and re-do it. Bill bought a new AMT Autocar Dump Truck when it first came out in 1972. He painted the neighbors fence to buy it of course I helped I was 3yrs old. The cab shied and front was bad so Ireplaced it with a Ertl one I had. Here’s somepics of the bed and truck in progress.

Tom. Thanks for the complement I was fighting with the interior yesterday to make it fit I don’t remember the interior being so difficult. I have to make some more adjustments for the cab to set lower I was ready to give up on this but I’ll try to take another try at it -
