Here’s some 1/64 DCP Peterbilt 379s I’m working on rebuilding. I’ve been collecting them for a few years now I mostly buy the parts only like the Cab, Hood, and put them on different frames and change them from when they came from the factory. I like to “calm them down a little” without all the big visors, dozer bumpers and fenders.

Chris. Do you need the original when Winross wheels and tires if you do I can think I can help you

Cut the tab and do it your way can’t always use the tabs and the mounts the model companies make or show you where to put them I’ve done it lots of times. Your truck is looking good and I don’t see negativity in what you say in your reply these old kits and be a nuisance sometimes

Thanks Dan I had some on my other phone but it crash I have some I took years ago but I’ll have to dig them out. With that Autocar it’s kinda hard to see because of the butterfly hood. I appreciate the help I might try another run at it. I have a 352 Pete day cab single axle I need to finish it’s almost done if you want I can post you a pic of it -

Daniel. I’m kind stumped on my 290 Cummins in my Autocar I’m building although I owned the real truck seems like I just can’t get it the way it’s supposed to look so I may just build it as a 350 or 370. Your doing great on this build -

Dan. Thanks for the complement going to get some more done on it tonight Geoffrey. Thanks for stopping by and the complement. I hated to sell my truck last Fall but with my physical condition I couldn’t keep it looking the way it should look so I sold to a guy who’s going to keep the old girl in shape and take her to truck shows like I did.
