  6. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L-! Love the old Mopar police cars. I have the kit sitting on deck that I plan on turning into an old Gotham City PD car.
  7. Definitely would purchase the Polara, being from the Motor City, I would love to do some DPD units from the 70's
  8. The closest I've been able to find actual photographic proof is a Minnesota State Patrol car that was actually a 69 Ford Ford custom 500. Go to Maroon cruisers.com com for photos.
  9. This started out as a Norscot blank white tahoe. Stripped, painted and detailed. Did my own decals, fabricated the spot lights and radar units and what not. Thanks for looking.
  10. Good catch Steve. Thanks
  11. Had a good friend that's retired from Detroit and wanted a model of his car done. Problem is that good luck finding a 73 Fury in 1/25 scale. Sooooo, I cannibalizes 2 JoHan 68 Pursuit cars and did what I could. Glad to be part of the group.
  12. Hay gang. Thanks for the add. I am a current LEO in the Detroit area and have exclusively been doing die cast police vehicles for the last few years, with a few plastic kits now and again. I like the die cast because it allows me the flexibility to install the SMD / LED's to light em up if I want to. When I was younger I did a lot of kits and lately, for some reason, I've been craving the detail work involved with plastic kits that are lacking in the die cast world. And I don't do much in the warmer months as far as the hobby goes cuz Mamma has a honey do list a mile long with the house. I will still do the die cast because most of them I do for retiring officers and what not, but have a stack of kits that I want to get knocked out. I look forward to seeing all of the great builds and sincerely appreciate the wealth of knowledge and tips on the site. Thanks again - Chris
