  1. Looks great! Glad to see another version of the first Ford I built in over a decade.
  2. Beautiful and sinister... Love it!
  3. Beautiful as expected. Of all the incredible details one that jumps at me is the perfect black pinstripe separating the main colors. LOVE IT! Next: Can you do an LS one?
  4. Very creative. I like it!
  5. Beautiful car and a great story!
  6. Very cool concept and beautiful execution! Stopping distance from top speed? About half a state "What's the current record? Hold my beer and watch this..."
  7. Ñangara GT! A classic! On the next show I'll start an argument: "But the factory stock Ñangara GT had 4 lug nuts pattern and the color is off by a shade...it is supposed to be a hint darker"
  8. WOW! That is really really cool. Love the color and the impeccable paint job. My brain went kaboom between WTF? and AWESOME!!!

    Corvette C7

Beautiful C7 and a gorgeous collection of Vettes! Love 'em ALL! What a surprise!
  13. Nice! The big tank (36 gallons) was an option during all mid years, but the Z06 was only in '63. It included the fuel injected engine, big tank as well as heavy duty suspension, brakes, cooling ducts etc.
  14. Love it! Looks like origami on steroids! Couldn't tell what it was from the first pic. Very cool!
  15. Hello, I received a private inquiry about the weathering. Since there are no secrets here, this is what I did: -A mist coat of acrylic brown. -I did a paper template of the windshield wiper sweep. Put it in place and do another light pass. -On this particular car, the back was the dirtiest after the race, so I did another pass on the back only. -A single low pressure (about 15-18 psi) splatter pass, head on, of acrylic dark grey (almost black). -Finally a black wash with a brush under the fuel fillers, lower front on the doors and air vent. I did not invent this. I was inspired and encouraged by Jim Drew to try it in my C7R after countless discussions on the topic. Bless the internet! Thanks,
  16. Love the U2 and the chase cars. They have used even Corvettes for that. I'd chase it even in a Power Wheel if had the chance Here is a C5 Corvette chasing the Dragon Lady. It seems it only got to 3rd gear. I'd guess the chase is barely 100 MPH. Thanks,
  17. Beautiful work. It is coming along very nice. The color really pops nicely with the CF. Looking forward to see it finished!
