  2. Looks good enough to drive!! Well done sir
  3. I have no idea how much patience it is going to take on this project, I just got some metric drill bits in the mail today and I have been trying different media to use in a tumbler I purchased a couple weeks ago.. So I hope to try to get time to start something... my family calendar is getting full. Chris..
  4. I can’t come up with another adjective to tell you how cool and amazing your craftsmanship is with this build. I admire people like you, who take everything to another level. I will keep watching and waiting for your next update. Chris...
  5. No golf for this guy...I don’t need another expensive/time consuming hobby. just a quick update I probably spent a couple of hours drilling the holes out for the rivets. I found out from my friend Bruce (brudda) I need to get a tumbler that polish’s brass to use on the white metal parts. This way I can make it as realistic as I can. Also need some metric drill bits fun times coming Chris
  6. Looks really good! I like a well behaved serpent
  7. I have been collecting parts for this build for about a year of searching on e bay. I was just going to do the 78 version with the after market parts I collected. But one morning I stumbled on a MFH conversation kit. So here I am, I don’t know how long this will take. I just hope I can do it justice by taking my time. I will not be using the rain tires. That’s about it. I started on the fuel cell. I spent about 45 min filing and drilling for the rivets. And I am not even close to being ready for primer.
  8. Great progress! Looking good... I’ll be looking for more. ?
  9. That’s “BITCHEN”!!
  10. Looks great!! I am a little hesitant to try weathering. I feel it’s a art form all on it’s own. Waiting for your next update

  14. Thanks Tim... All I need is a machinist to make some cool parts.. who knows where things will go. I was playing around with the portrait settings on my I phone ? Hope to see a update on your amazing project! Chris

  18. It’s a Tamiya kit, added some extra detail that wasn’t in the kit. I think MFH makes a 1/20

  21. Hello all. After a couple of years of off and on time to put this build together, I finally have finished. I will say the journey has been fun, frustrating and a big learning experience. It does mean a lot!! And for all you people out there just stopping by, Thank you as well. I will be soon starting another project soon. Chris
