  1. I know what you can do for the grill instead of painstakingly drilling out each hole, remove all the places the holes are, and put in some drywall sandpaper, the kind with all the holes, it's much easier, and it's a lot more tolerable.
  2. Very nice!!! my uncle told me he used to have a W-30 but he sold it, and the new owner wrapped it around a tree.
  3. My grandpa used to have a 34 ford pickup looking beautiful Louie!!!
  4. I just used a finger nail file and made sure to keep it at the angle of the body line I'm sanding, unless it's the chrome in the "dent" , for that, I used my X-Acto knife, and finished it up with a piece of very course sandpaper, and then a very fine piece of sand paper to remove the deep scratches of the course sandpaper, then I would put putty over it, and sand it smooth with the fine sandpaper.
  5. I'm just saying in my book it's just too long...
  6. never thought of that, I'll have to try that sometime!
  7. The one thing I hate about these trucks, is the hood, in my book they are a bit too long. looking good so far! like the engine options!
  8. Just curious, but why put the seat decals on before paint?
  9. wow what a coincidence my grandpa's truck was a navy blue color, most likely harbor blue
  10. what do you mean? im willing to help, ive had MANY of these kits, I mean so many I can't even count them all.
  11. If I were you, I would have gotten 3 and did all of them! nice start! havent seen many of these resin kits around.
  12. I'm trying to find a 1967 Ford 352 engine for a build I'm doing, it's on my grandpas 1967 Ford F-100 longbed, I have some photos of it, and he told me it had a 352, as far as I know there is no kit or resin kit with this engine.
  13. Nice!! this is inspiring me to build a Holman & Moody 64 Galaxie.
  14. nice! glad you got one! ive been in that predicament too, about a year ago I wanted an old AMT star truk, but they were too much money, but then I found the perfect one, and my mom had the money to get it! Sometimes it's hard to wait, but after you have it, your glad for the wait, because you got the best price you could get at the time.
  15. thanks, but I'll have to decline, I know my mom has some, I'm gonna ask her today or tommarow which ever day I can remember.
  16. yeah.. when she said that, i thought in my head (that's a bit stupid don't you think lady?) no affence to her.
  17. what if I don't have tweezers...... because i don't... but I think I could ask my mom for some, hopefully she has some, if not, then I can't get any, because our money is tight at the moment
  18. I'll try it first, the owner of my local hobby shop said I should put just a little bit of baby powder on my hands so it wouldn't stick to my hands and stuff as much.
  19. Got these, first time I'm gonna use bare metal foil!! (Keep in mind I took these photos in the car on the way home so quality isn't very good)
  20. What 3D Software are you using?
  21. Sorry guys, I've been caught up in other builds, I'll get back to this one as soon as I can.
