It is what they say: never sell your first car!

I did try this new (for me) NAPA paint: 4 oz. aerosol. That 4 oz. went fast: sprayed a lot of paint fast; v. wide fan. But, I would rate it way above average.

The NAPA aerosol I got, was 4 oz. of paint in a can about $20.00. I havn't tried it yet.

I did get an aerosol of the Dark Moss green. I got it at a NAPA in Allendale.

Online, Duplicolor was much more than that; like $30.00. But thanks. I guess I will phn. some auto parts stores. Thanks

I am looking for Ford paint in aerosol. The color is: 1967 Mustang 'Dark Moss green', which is the same as 1968 'Highland green'. The PPG code is: PPG 43567. I think Duplicolor is too expensive. I'll probably use some Tamiya dark green. My airbrush skills are lacking. Thanks

Back in the day (BITD?), our family was looking at a '64 Cutlass convertible with the V8. I remember it well: gold with a parchment interior. No we didn't get it. Question: does the AMT '64 Cutlass kit have the little alum. V8 included?

I'm wondering: how does the 1/24 '64 GTO, compares to the 1/25 scale version? I have the 1/24 scale one. The hubcaps have seperate spinners. I may strip the chrome, and paint them aluminum.

I think I have parts of that sheet left.

I'm wondering if this method will work for A.scratch making exhaust systems, and B. scratch making a roll cage. It seems some table of data should exist for matching small alum. rod with the appropriate inside diameter of a styrene tube. Solder isn't the answer; it sags. Right now, I'm buying all the 'fine' alum. rod I can find. Thanks.

About the Ferrari 330 P4 resin detail kit: I have one, and counted 65 peices in it.

Do you have any open wheel race cars left? Or Jags or Ford GTs?

I bought an aftermarket resin 2-piece scoop like that. May be you could find another one. I'm using mine. Sorry, I don't remember what company.

If I get the whole kit, I'll probably use all the ancillary pieces, like the dry sump oiling system, etc.

The wheels tires are very nice on this kit. But the front suspension is just for experts.

Can anyone recommend a kit?
