  2. Got the clear on a couple days a go going to polish it out and put BMF on it hopefully today Also going to finish the piping on the front seat and door panels
  3. As of right now going to come up
  4. Got the Back seat done
  5. Getting the seats closer to being done. I have found out that the colored craft paint takes a little longer to dry and gets less bubbles in it. The seats were painted with duplicolor primer and found some imperfections. Cleaned those up and will finish sanding the door panels and will hit them with primer. Interior will be white with brown piping.

  8. I use excel blades all the time usually buy a pack of 5 about every 5th trip to Hobby Lobby. Always have about 30 or more on hand at all times. I don't change them very often and here lately I have sharpened them on a wet stone. have had my wet stone since I was in the Boy Scout over 40 years ago. I also use the Excel handle for a pin vise for my drill bits.
  9. Hope I can have it done for our show Eric and hope you guys can make it up in April
  10. When I did my last 57 ford I had painted the body with HOK Solar Gold and was going To paint it with HOK Kandy Rootbeer. So when I brought that first body back out I started shooting the Rootbeer and didn't like it. So I brought Out Cocoa Pearl and shot the lower body with that. I then shot the roof with Cinnamon Pearl. Been waiting for those colors to Gas out before I shoot some clear on it. So this is as far as I got. Got this out and working on it with my 51 Chevy Kustom.
