  1. Wonderful!
  2. So I gather that if a scan some decals you might want and send them to you as an attachment in an email. You can not print them out on your printer on decal paper right?
  3. What I was wondering was this. Say you wanted decals for a build you are doing but didn't have them. If I had them but wanted to keep them. If I scanned a copy of the decals and sent the scan as an attachment to you in an email. Would you be able to print s copy of the decals from the email attachment for yourself to use on your build.
  4. Thank you. And I have a hard time with painting the chrome trim. LOL.
  5. That is an awesome save and build.
  6. OK. I've foiled most of the Impala. First time doing foil. I think it came out pretty good. But doing some buffing with the paint an A pillar broke. I've super glued. No luck. Trying Locktite hybrid glue. Tomorrow night will tell. Also trying the Locktite on the pieces of a pillar that were broken in a 1971 Thunderbird kit I got at a garage sale. Time will tell. The Impala is going to be tricky as I had glued the A pillar with super glue. Left it over night. Seemed ok. Tried to put the interior in to do a mock up and it came apart. I really am kind of confused as to how to get the interior tub inside the model with the wide door jams. Good thing is I now have picked up 3 additional 58 Impala kits since I started this one. You find them everywhere. So here are the pics. For some reason the pics look grainy. Don't know why. But it actually looks better in person.
  7. I was wondering because I have some old decals that I might not want to get rid of. But I would send a scan of them to someone who wanted them if they would be able to print the decals out for themselves.

    Nice build.
  18. That’s really nice.
  19. I don’t have Hot Wheels but I do have all my Matchbox cars from when I was a kid. All in their boxes in a carry case. And my Matchbox City. A use to polish them with car wax. Lol. Where they will end up when I’m gone who knows.

    El Camino!

    Excellent!
  21. I tried that and I must have done something wrong Snake. It just kept falling apart on me. If it didn’t fall apart it was stuck to my tweezers. Lol I tried supperglueing a thin piece of clear plastic from a clear sprue to the back figuring I could file it down and you wouldn’t notice too much seeing it’s clear. Then today I was polishing the top of the 58 that I’ve been working on and sure enough. Broke an A pillar. I glued that and figure the foil wil cover it.
  22. Mine had the red and purple challenger. I bought the red. If you want one I can check the next time i’m down there.
  23. Nice build. Colors are great including the chrome. Is it painted or foiled?
