    Cobra

Thanks! Maybe those bumper deletes or "jack points" I could use on my cobra, though I don't think those would would fit on my 1/16 scale cobra

    Cobra

That's neat! Where might a guy like me be able to go to get said bumper deletes?
  3. Its actually a stock, right out of the box build, no kitbashing whatsoever. On the other hand there was 3 models manufactured on the same exact chassis (general Lee, 73 street charger, and a 73 Richard petty charger)

Absolutely beautiful! Did you get the bumper deletes from the kit?
  5. Young buck here just to say a few things about myself. First off, I'm only 17... But I have been building since before time itself!... Maybe? I can't remember, its been a long time.
  6. Model lessons with gumball, if it doesn't fit... Make it fit with a dremel tool!
  7. Lol, yes the engine wouldn't fit without removal of the fan. I hope to other find a electric fan somewhere without ripping apart a perfectly good model, and/or do it the fun way and makeshift my way to a electric rad fan.
  8. Filter work? Sorry bud I just got a really crappy phone that takes ironically good photos.
  9. From Hamilton.
  10. Update #2 almost done guys, just the trans and the fan.
  11. The ideas for the fan are great, I'll have to try them. But right now my most pressing issue is the transmission.
  12. Awesome! Thankyou! I will have to check that out. In the meantime I may just use the computer fan and/or just leave it as is until I'm able to order it in.
  13. I sadly dont have a 40s Williys.l that I can rip apart. I was also thinking of stripping one out of an old computer, problem is that it may not fit properly.
  14. Lol sounds like you know me all to well!
  15. I have to build the fan housing yet. The engine wouldn't fit unless I got rid of the fan. So I decided that maybe an Ellectric rad fan may be cool. I'm still actually contemplating whether or not I like the fan idea. Maybe you guys can let me know if I should pitch the idea, or attempt to make a fan housing?
  16. Yeah its a shame. But at least it east my Shelby Cobra kit! The "Lee" is easy for me to replace anyways, because just so happen to own 9 of the same kit.
  17. Thanks!! I'm kinda new to the whole weathering techniques. Maybe in the future I'll do some more rat rods!!!!
  18. I'm not completely sure. I will have to take another look at the box. All I know is that it came with 3 cars, two engines, one hood, and one set of chrome. Its also older then most of my models, so it may not be a Monogram or a.Revell.
  19. Sorry about that
  20. A 427 Shelby cobra is one of the most beautiful cars ever. I have to admit that this is one of my most favorite kits ever.
  21. Amazing! Fantastic engine detail, well done!
  22. Built this a few years ago. I ended up displaying it in a mode l shop near where I live. Unfortunately the guy who owned the shop ended up closing, and stole 8 of my models including this one. Today all I have is pictures, but at least I hope its under somebody's glass somewhere.
  23. Lol just make a few T shirts.
  24. I started it when I was 6, then it sat for a while, then I moved. 11 years after I started it I pulled it back out. It needs a little work still but I hope to get it back together before next year.
