  1. nice work
  2. i used a 74 charger rebuilder which i had previously redid a couple years ago in green i chose to redo it now with more acurate parts since i used what ever i had at the time to replace the missing parts and the engine i originally used was not even a mopar engine but what i think was a ford engine block and chevy valve covers and generic custom carborators with air cleaners and the rims i used were chevy rims and so i replaced the engine with a mopar engine block and valve covers and kitbashs the 400 4 barrel air cleaner with twin aire intake funnels i scratch made the the se hood and opera windows and painted it in testors extreme lacquer root beer i used rims from the 68 dart kit cause they looked like rims that would be on a se not the standard mopar rims that would be on a the rallye version the interior i left alone as i liked the color i had painted it before
  3. nice work

  6. thank you i was lucky the kit was molded in white made using white primer then gloss white paint alot easier i find if the kit is molded in any other color it is alot harder to cover it with out using double the primer and paint unless your doing a dark color paint and using black primer then it is covered nicely with one coat of both primer and paint thank you
  7. the krylon shimmers paints are nice for customs

  11. i decided to paint the bumpers and grille/headlight surrounds body color like i have seen pics of some 73/74 road runners i used the red stripes with a gloss white body and did red accents in the interior with sharpie to the dash ,seats, center consule and painted the floor and top of dash black then added a bit of brown paint to small areas on the dash and center consule to simulate wood grain i also painted the center parts of the rims medium grey

  20. i used a mpc squad rod 79 nova kit to replicate the current issue of the matchbox 1979 nova 1/64th scale die cast car the paint was as close as i could easily get which is duplicolor perfect match gm light blue metallic the hood decals came from my decal box they were from a amt 67 camaro decal sheet i tryed to replicate the wheels on the dicast car as bext as i could it look like they had knock offs on the center cap so i found a set in my parts boxs that would work
