  1. thank you Carl!
  2. thank you Ron!
  3. great looking build again.
  4. I got the firewall all painted up and color on the body. the hood was an adventure painted 3 times hehehe. I think I finally got it right. thanks all for checking in.
  5. I like the direction this is going.
  6. looking better all the time Dan. you might want to check your rear fenders for clearance on the low boy trailer. the front drop on the trailer is pretty short. lesson learned with an autocar kit.
  7. thank you Rusty, don't know about the kick panels but the colors should go nice with the body color I have picked out. I did manage to get the dashboard done and installed.
  8. I got a good start on the interior today, still need to start on the dashboard. so far so good. interior is off white and black.
  9. thank you all for the kind words and checking in on this build. I've been working on the chassis and engine. they're coming along slowly but surely. not sure about the whitewalls yet, I may turn them in just depending how they look once the body is painted.
  10. I have the custom front end from the 65 grand prix kit and it seems to be more mild and better suited.
  11. well I finally got started on this kit and 2 days later I'm pretty happy with the way the engine is turning out. I find all the input interesting.
  12. you gotta love 'em Ron!
  13. thank you James!
  14. thank you for the kind words Mario!
  15. thank you Mike, me too!
  16. not my taste either Chris, feel they could have done better.
  17. personally I like the 65 & 67 the best.
  18. I sure like them Bob!
  19. no problem.
  20. thank you Douglas!
  21. thanks all for your interest in this kit. while I like the full blown custom rear treatment I think they could have done a better job with the front. the box depicts the front treatment and it just doesn't do anything for me. the kit can also be built stock and mild custom. I'm personally not fond of the mild custom front either. there are parts for a stock and custom interior, stock and modified engine and 2 complete sets of tires with your choice from 2 sets of rims. pictured are the custom assemblies from the instruction sheet along with the custom decals.
