  1. Check this out! 1/43 scale 1936 Ford.
  2. Beautiful day out (except for the GW Bridge….. GRRRR!) met up with MANY friends. Me & Amy made it into the first vendor room about 15 feet and remained there for the next hour crossing paths with everyone I see once a year, or less. Happy see some faces return, sad to hear some faces we'll only remember. Vendor activity was brisk but unfortunately the Holthaus' were a no-show due to the unexpected passing of their son. I'm sure details will surface elsewhere. I managed to spend only the admission and 2 coffees. Didn't. Buy. A. Thing. This may be a first for me. ____________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: How rude of me…. A huge THANK YOU to the Tri-State club for effortlessly running yet another killer NNL. You guys got this down to routine. Good job to all! Anyway, here's a sample of some stuff that caught my attention. Enjoy and share.
  3. We managed to get tomorrow free. Amy & me will be cruising out to visit with friends.
  4. Me & my wife had the please of sitting near Lindsey on a flight home from Disney years ago. Fascinating person to talk with. Monster player too…..
  5. In the bottom picture it shows a `65 Chevelle with a "327, 4 spd., and a 9:56 positraction rear. 9:56? Now THAT'S some stump-pullin gears!
  6. Nice looking wagons posted. Another kit I need that I don't need…..
  7. Aside from posting menu-gag's, can anyone give an approximation on when you'll be casting these?
  8. Kinda like the rap music of automotive tastes: Hastily assembled with leftover bits and incredibly popular. Don't get it either…..
  9. The year started off with me having some health issues again. As I loose weight and age it's raising hell with my medications. I get in shape and feel sick. Go figure…. My Wife's Mom is in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease, and lately has been having issues with her eyes and one of her legs. Multiple doctors visits a week. And two weeks ago my Wife lost her Father. He was ill and finally succumbed. She just got back from Arizona yesterday. The up-side is I'm looking forward to working a full week this week for the first time this year…….. Me build a model? I barely have time to look at yours….
  10. Ya know, I have a friend that works in a hospital. But don't assume he's doing any surgery….. Bill, let them have their fun. When I worked at the stealership I used to watch the kids dumpster-dive for tires every other day. On the alternate days they were zip screwing their body kits back on…..
  11. Those "stanced" cars handle like a dream….. https://youtu.be/29g386hXwyI
  12. Here's some food for thought...... http://www.roadandtrack.com/go/car-culture/quebec-deems-hellaflush-cars-unsafe
  13. Wow. Nothing like wishing death on someone because you like a trend (which will pass....) And I almost missed coming around here....
  14. Been a rough start to the new year for us. First I was sick, then Amy's Mom has been having some health issues, compounded by the onset of Alzheimser's, and then her Father passed away yesterday. I stop in when I can, but am so far from getting involved. Catch up with the forums later gang…..
  15. The car show display struck me as being useful for the full-kustom crowd.
