How does someone in germany buy a international m.o. in US Dollars? Does the German PO sell them? I guess that is a dumb question, but I really don't know how they work. I have gotten Canadian Postal M.O.s in US Dollars and the USPS will accept them and cash them. Will the German M.O.'s work the same way. Thanks for any info I can get. Thanks,Steve

Hi, I got tired of my local PO back charging me for .001 oz over on a 13oz package. my scale doesn't read to the .000 of the oz. I now take 99% of my boxes to my local Office Depot for shipping.
