This is my first one for 2021. OOB. Painted with auto paints and 2k coat.

Beautiful work. Excellent choice of colors! What did you think of the kit itself? I had such a bad experiece with the Moebius Ventura that I wonder If the other kits are any good.

Thank you, Monty! Polyester paint is what we call basecoat car paints here in Brazil. They work in conjuction with a clear coat afterwards. The base coat dries to a matt finish and has no mechanical resistance. The 2k clear coat can be wet sanded and polished. https://www.hotrod.com/articles/ccrp-0709-automotive-paint/ In this link they refer it as a BC/CC system. For airbrushing, the paint needs heavy thinning and a spray booth. I'm not sure, but I think Zero Paints use these paints.
