  1. I had a little time yesterday so I sprayed the topcoat on the body. Should look ok once the black grille is installed. The rubber black running boards and rag top should bring it to life a little better also.
  2. Thanks Bill. Yeah, it would probably get the neighbors mad if you fired it up early in the morning.
  3. That foil work look pretty nice.
  4. I shot the primer on yesterday and earlier today I shot the Tamiya Royal Light Gray on.
  5. Welcome to the MCM forum Mark. New looking builds.
  6. Nice looking.
  7. Much obliged James. Thanks. Yup, I always liked the 35-36-37. I did the ole fat fenders.
  8. I now have a rolling chassis. The engine still needs some detail work but the body seems to fit fine on the first mock-up with the wheels.
  9. Thanks. I appreciate it Greg.
  10. Bang up job on this build Bill. I like the drag cars so I'm diggin it.
  11. Boy that looks Super nice there Matt. Nice build. I'll look for it Under Glass.
  12. Thanks Chris. When I saw the pic of this 35 Ford available as a .stl file I knew I had to get it because I've never heard of a 35 Ford kit being produced before. The whitewalls came out better than expected but it did take two tries on a couple of them.
  13. Welcome to the MCM forum Anthony.
  14. Thanks Carl. Yup. Unique indeed.
  15. Thanks Dennis. Yeah, probably not a good kit for a beginner. Keep checking on the ole interweb, they are out there. Much obliged there Carl.
  16. Glad you posted the pics. The build is looking Super nice.
  17. Boy that's got a killer look to it. I really dig the old drag cars and that 67 body style is my favorite. Coming along nicely.
  18. That ole 56 Ford is looking good there Dennis. You've got a Great start on this one.
  19. Welcome to the MCM forum Mark. Things sure have changed since 1972. I think you'll like it.
  20. Heck no Brian they are decals from the parts box. I'd hate to see what they would look like if I free handed them.
  21. I got a little painting done this morning before the thunder storms hit this afternoon.
  22. Thanks Jim. I think I have decided to build the first print of this 35 Coupe the way it was meant to be. I have a couple others I can build later and put my spin on it.
  23. Great looking build. Nicely done.
