As long as that hammer is to scale.. Stinks getting old, once I started wearing glasses the eye sight gets worse as the years go by.

Today I was in line at a local fast-food joint to get a Chocolate Milkshake. The guy behind me tooted his horn and warned me I had a brake light out. I thanked him and paid for his order when I got to the window as a thanks for being a nice guy. I went straight to the Auto parts store at the other end of the strip mall. As I left the shopping center and got onto the main drag I spotted a Maryland State police vehicle behind me. It wasn't long before the red and blue lights ? were lite up. As he asked if I knew why he pulled me over I was grabbing the new bulb and receipt to show him and said because my brake lights out? I explained the story above and stated that what dumb luck? He gave me a warning and we chatted for a minute or two and we parted our ways. Big round of applause for a very professional and personable individual in uniform.

I use this method to bring back the shape and stiffen the box as it was originally. I've taken some boxes completely apart when they're in really rough shape. If you have a two piece box keep in mind when reassembling the two halves that the lid will fit properly and slide over the bottom half. If you're not disassembling the box and it's only lightly crushed/dented I always use a block of wood on the inside of the box that's being ironed to give it some support. Knock on wood.. I haven't screwed up a box yet. Here's a photo of one of my worse cases. It's far from perfect but it's better than when I purchased the crushed box with its complete contents . I'm still on the hunt for a replacement box in better condition. The other is in photos above and in a post I did awhile back on box repairs. Good luck and I hope this helps you..

That's just not right.. I know they don't like prescribing pain meds due to the addiction factors but for Pete's sake what you had done definitely warrants having them prescribed.. Sorry buddy but I'd be reaching out to them and demanding something for pain relief.

Meanings that I totally screwed up and used the improper spelling of that word to convey a sentence that ended up making me look like a stoopnagel.

Course files work fine to remove excess material but a fine file is less course, of course

Moment has me stumped so I'll just babble a bit about much of nothing and move on the continuation of sorting personal belongings that my late father has accumulated.

Driving a hearse could be a real thrill until the guy in the box delivers a knock knock joke.

If you unseal the kit you can always use a steam iron on the box to bring it back to shape. I've done it a bunch of times..

Hope you did/do well Carl, hang in there. I can remember a ring my Mom had that used a large tooth instead of a gem in the setting . I always thought it was kinda cool but a bit creepy.

Although it's been a very long time (years)? since I've been at my work bench but it still awaits patiently for my return as does the three projects that I've started. For now I'll consider myself a collector of both new and vintage kits. I hope to get back to building within the next year. As others have stated here about building, I'll never be able to build all 378 kits and still growing within my life time which brings me to what will become of my collection when I pass.. ?

Always remember to zip your fly before leaving the public restroom and please don't forget to wash those hands.

Thanks is Great News! My dad had prostate cancer years ago when the only way to deal with it was to remove it all. Unfortunately he never followed his doctors advice in performing kegel exercises to aid in strengthening those muscles. He became incontinent and had to deal with that decision till the day he passed. I hope and pray all goes well and you have no reoccurring issues.
