  1. Delivered today. A promo car of what my wife drove when we first dated many moons ago. Hers was a 1980, same color exterior but with tan interior. With a little buffing and paint it'll be a decent rendition of her ride.
  2. So much for Susie Sullivan sewing seaweed sashes for the synchronized swimming team since seaweed is scarce in the Sierra desert.
  3. Neat.. but Man I'd hate to be on the road near it with the sun beaming down causing intense glare.
  4. with crab infestation (Not steamed, not by the dozen nor the edible kind)
  5. Share what you have and take only what you need is an old practice that has been replaced by misanthropy and greed.
  6. Sorry your not feeling well Bill, since your head feels full of cotton, you may qualify to be a Cotton-headed ninny muggin.. No? Okay.. I'd suggest some chicken noodle soup, a warm cozy bed and plenty of rest. If the runny nose is persistent best try the shop vac, does wonders for cleaning out the sinuses.. Just kidding on that last suggestion, or am I?
  7. UFO, lights out for London album rocked me through many back roads on weekend nights.
  8. Chili Willie, cousin of Silly Willie gave Bronco Billy the cold shoulder for jumping and kicking at the kitchen table.
  9. I scored my 2nd One-Armed Bandit kit. I bought the kit knowing it's missing parts and the box was very rough, but it had a good copy of the instruction sheet and decals. The decals are decent but dirty. Not sure how to or if you can even clean them without rendering them useless. I'll probably give STS scale model decals a try for the first time to inquire about having a new set made. Both the instructions and decals were to complete my other kit...
  10. I am so glade you didn't include issues of Model Cars Magazine. ?Butt? you are right, there are more important essentials that are needed to get by for extended shut downs or strikes. Topping off my oil tank is first on my list, then comes stockpiling potato chips, cheese puffs and pretzels.. I'll have to try that fingers trick, but what do you wipe them on? The wife's bath towel? ??
  11. Last night on the news they talked about how this strike would interrupt our lives and made comparisons between the strike and the Covid days of shortages. "They" set the tone for this hoarding BS, scare the baJesus out of the population which turns to panic buying. I don't know about the rest of you guys but I don't ? more because of a strike! So I'll be okay..?
  12. Arrived today by mail from ebay. Opened and complete.
  13. Songs sung by singers are my favorite.
  14. Portal potty, a relatively new scientific invention that allows man, to go where no man's gone before.
  15. Spotted this while on a back road taking my granddaughter to horse back riding. It's a willys jeep panel but no idea what year. I also saw a 80's camero on a 4x4 truck frame sitting in a yard, looked drivable.
