  1. Lovely! It's nice to see something other than numbers 1 and 2.
  2. Nice build of the old IMC kit. This is one of the best builds of this venerable, old kit that I have ever seen.
  3. Marvelous build! I tried this one in the late '60's and it ended up in the trash. After seeing this, I will try again.
  4. Nice presentation and build. I will come back to this post when I get around to mine.
  5. I have this kit in my building queue. I will use your post during my construction.
  6. Nicely done! I wish that someone would re-release AMT's kits at a reasonable price.
  7. Nicely done! The program continued into 1969 with the P69. A roadster version. It was even more unreliable than the P68.
  8. The MkII's that ran at Daytona in '66 did not have the brake scoops on the rear deck. Otherwise, Nice build.
  9. As far as the MkIV goes, the IMC kit more accurately represents one prepared by Hollmann and Moody. Main differences are the plexiglass cover over the two four-barrels and the side windows in the cockpit. H&M cars featured access windows that were hinged; Shelby cars had access windows that slid forward. The IMC kit needs a great deal of work in the engine bay. It would be best to kit-bash the IMC and MPC to come up with an accurate engine bay.
