  1. Were you aware that the 275 prototype was re-used as the mulo for the Ferrari Enzo?
  2. Just a comment on the rear spoiler. Because the Chaparral had an automatic transmission, it did not require a clutch pedal. Instead there was a third pedal that the driver could push to flatten the spoiler on the straights. When braking for a corner, releasing the third pedal would cause the the spoiler to flip up and produce instant downforce.
  3. peteski Excellent idea! martsky
  4. Les, thanks for the website info. Trevor, It is the Tamiya 7 modernized as a track day car. Wide wings (fenders) slicks, Large front and rear wings (airfoils) and a Mazda triple rotor. Should be done in a couple of weeks and then I will try to figure out how to post pictures.
  5. Any old British TV fans of the Prisoner? I need at least two decals or number plates (white on black) for my latest hare-brained scheme. BCNU Marty

  7. There will never be a perfectly accurate kit of an early Ferrari. I used to know a guy who's son had a 250 GTO and one side had three of the front gills downstream of the front wheels and the other side had two. Depends on which panel beating craftsman was working on which side on which day. I did get to sit in it once and was amazed at how uncomfortable it was for this non Italian male.
  8. Has anyone ever made a first generation Pinto front facia that would fit the current 1977 Pinto kit?
  9. I have several sets of these spare wheels and would really appreciate a source for tires to use with them. Marty
  10. Hi Tom, I registered today for this forum just to reply to your thread. You have made a very nice model. I started with the same kit about five years ago to duplicate my old HProd Bugeye. Virtually done except I bogged down trying to do decals. Other than that, it was a fun build and is complete with all engine/suspension/undercarriage details including home cast Revolution wheels. Maybe I will learn how to post pictures some day.
