  1. My pleasure John. So far I'm on a binge myself - - - 16 hours over the last two days!
  2. So cool! I'm still in the 50's right now, and there are articles here and there regarding model builds...
  3. The only problem Bill; the more I read these old articles, the more ideas I get for new builds!
  4. I think this is a link our entire readership would enjoy, but I'm not sure how to get the word out so everyone sees it...
  5. Isn't the site awesome? I'm totally into the 50's issues as I'm learning about the salt flats racers.
  6. Not that I'm able to tell, but I'll keep an eye out for you as I'm going through the entire collection.
  7. I got this link at this year's SEMA - Motor Trend booth. It truly is free and you don't have to provide any personal information. I LOVE all the photos and articles from the golden age of hot rodding! https://www.motortrend.com/hotrod-archive/ Update 1/10/23: I'm not sure if others are having technical difficulties, but just recently my initial link to the HRM magazines starting acting up. I have been accessing it by going to the main Motor Trend page and clicking on "Magazines".
  8. Well, your experimental color looks great!
  9. Nice looking in the photos. It seems to have flecks of different colors. Does it flop depending on the direction you look at it?
  10. Alex, if that's the direction you're thinking, there was a gorgeous car at SEMA this year with a paint job that faded from black on top to cranberry on the bottom. It was subtle and beautiful!
  11. Sorry, but there was never a more beautiful color for 60's cars than GM Tahitian Turquoise with white vinyl interior, but hey that's just my two cents worth
  12. Looking forward to watching this one!
  13. Coming out way cool!
  14. I am thrilled you picked this project back up, and am learning so many little tricks and nuances from your build. Thank you for sharing!
  15. Awesome car show! I love all the muscle cars in particular. Thanks for posting!
  16. My pleasure Ron. I'm glad you guys are enjoying them. It's my first time posting a car show, and I didn't know quite how to do it; what size to make the photos, how many to post all together, etc. BTW; our tastes must run very similar, because your favorites were also my favorites
  17. Ferby, that build is glorious! I could totally see that built 1:1 and showing at SEMA!
  18. Thanks for the info Lee. I've been looking for this one.
  19. I'll be grabbing a few of the '29 Woodies and the wire wheels/whitewalls sets myself...
  20. My favorite three years of Impala, all done beautifully! Thank you for posting
  21. That is hilarious, I love it! Tow truck to the rich and famous
  22. If you guys like water trucks, you'll get a kick out of this photo! I took it last weekend in Nelson Nevada.
  23. Thank you Richard. I'm learning a lot
  24. Looks great Jim, and it makes me thirsty!
