  3. Thank you Andrew. I’m looking for pictures of the frame. I want to try to scratch build the frame. I do have several Revell 1/16 scale funny cars and rails for the engine. I will have to source a quick change rear end. But thank you again, I will never turn down advice or information. Brian

  5. Definitely not something I would have thought of. But I am loving it.very impressive work. I will be watching this. Might have to try to build one myself. There is no shortage of creativity and talent on this sight.

  7. Jim S. My chubby arthritic fingers don’t like the fiddly bits. lol. RRR glueing the doors shut is an option. But my brain says how hard can it be to make tiny door hinges? I guess we will find out I will post my progress. Brian
  8. Dennis Lacy impressive paint job. You should give a tutorial for newbies like me. Also very jealous you get to work on 1/1 hot rods during the day. I started a third 32 sedan using orange crate body . Managed to break both hinge parts off same door. The pieces are lost to the floor. So I’m working on making new hinges. Won’t be done for a while but I continue to post as it goes. Cheers to all the other projects very talented people here. Brian
  9. Dennis really like what you are doing here. I’m not sure you know what keeping it simple is. LOL. I’m am working on one using the orange crate body. I managed to break one of the door hinges off no idea where it is. So I have fix that. Really like all of your builds. I will keep plugging away. Brian

  13. You are right it was another builder. A little brain fade on my part lol. I will still be watching as I do like a Beaumont. You might inspire me to build one of my own. Along with the 500 other ideas rattling around in my brain.
  14. Michael I will be watching this build. I enjoyed the wagon you built very nice. I live in Ohio and years ago I had a 67 Beaumont I miss that car.

  18. Got second build done. Not perfect. I need a steadier hand for my detail painting. This one put up more of a fight than the first. Starting number 3. For Bill this one is chopped not by me. I do agree about the top chop. Orange crate for body. Little mock up of engine. Ardun heads Scot blower and Harmon Collins magneto from RMcoM. His stuff is so nice. Wheels and tires from jays resin wheels. Will keep posting as I go. I am really enjoying building again. Comments and suggestions welcome. Brian

Not perfect but I think I can only go up from here. I think I need to get closer for photos. Comments and suggestions welcome my aim is to improve. Brian
  20. I said I was going to join so here I am . I have 2 builds going on, both box stock. I need to get back into the swing of things before I get too ambitious. The orange one will be done this week. The green one maybe this weekend. And I have third one that I will use the orange crate body, and ardun heads and Scott blower from RmcoM and a quick change. Hope to start posting pictures of it next week. Any comments or suggestions welcome. Thanks Brian
