  2. Very nice! Love those wheels! I didn't know they were from the Torino kit. I bought a resin set.
  3. I used a lighter to make dents in mine too (currently building a rusty 37 Ford PU). I have to try the Dremel trick to make holes. Outstanding build!
  4. Photobucket band width at max...............
  5. Did a little denting and practiced rusting a extra piece.
  6. He has everything...! Even 8 tracks and laser disc......!!! Very good on trade dollars too. And yeah....I go there on my day off at around 10 am, next thing I know it's 5pm.....LOL
  7. Here is my LP hang out in St. Louis.......... http://www.recordexchangestl.com/
  8. Super cool! I have lots of stuff like that in my yard.. A test fitting.....
  9. LOVE the first movie.......HATED the 2nd one! I also liked Toby's "Junkman" and the chase scene from "Gone 2", although it shows the tower falling and it's weird watching that cause that's when he was killed.............. I have all his films on DVD......plus the JL 1/18th scale Eleanor as well as several 1/64 versions.
  10. Very very cool! Super nice build! LOVE that show!
  11. Having coffee at Cracker Barrel yields a scale trash can........
  12. I was thinking about looking around in the woods behind my house for a small twig or branch and have a bare tree with no leaves.....?
  13. First weathered build......I've been studying weathered tutorials so this will be a learning curve...... I drew first blood by cutting out the "wood" so the rear shows. This will have no engine/trans but a tree growing through the engine bay......!
  14. WICKED SVO! And I like that Notch also......................! I need to build one of these kits.....I've got 3 of them including the MPC T-Top version on my shelf.
  15. So, I am taking the dio from the Autoscape kit and building my first "weathered" kit......37 Ford PU.......should be fun.
  16. I know I saw that prized Pony..................I'm a BIG time fan of the first Gone in 60 Sec........LOVE the big Pony's!!!!!!!!
  17. Thanks guys! It was fun working on the vert. I bought her from my Pop in 2002, put 185,000 miles on her and then bought another to drive so I could fix this one up. My daily driver, 85 coupe with a 4-banger in it.....I bolted on a tube header and a few other things but he needs a V8.....!
  18. Thanks guys! Your right Scott....I had to glue the doors shut and they still didn't fit just right. I also don't like the fact that you can see all the way trough behind the rear tires....LOL James460...........a buddy of mine had an 1970 AMC Javlin jacked just like this one back in high school 1983. He bought it from a moonshine runner in Kentucky. The 401 V8 in it was all hopped up as well, that thing was scary fast. Anyway, I'm glad when I bought this kit it came with that cool teardrop hood in resin. Had to make shocks that would fit the jacking up......LOL
  19. So I've been rebuilding my 88 vert in my driveway.....including paint........ http://smg.photobucket.com/user/webestang/slideshow/8TEE8%20Ragtop For the 50th B-Day party in Charlotte, NC ................................ Had a blast!!!!!!!!!! Put a total of 1664 miles on Sally....she ran perfect and got 24mpg. Slide show.......... http://smg.photobucket.com/user/webestang/...Mustang%20B-Day
