  1. We could do a CPB........50 Years of Pony's.......!!!!!
  2. I like Mustangs..... Born same year the Mustang came out. Our family car when I was a kid was a 67 Mustang coupe. My Pop also had a 99 coupe which my nephew drives now and my Pop currently owns a 98 GT Vert. I've owned 5 so far, still own 2 and I drive one everyday. I belong to the MCA. Been to the 30th, 35th,40th,45th Annv shows and I'm going to the 50th in Charlotte, NC. next year. Favorite car movie is "Gone in 60 Seconds"...1974 version!
  3. Yeah.....most were covered with a tarp. In the movie it looked like he gut the back end of the car and they were all back there under a tarp. Maybe I should just try and make a few that show and just make a tarp covering the rest. Love those boxes in that 40 Ford!
  4. Thanks guys! I used the 67 GT kit and left it 5-lug, like an upgrade for Fox body's, 6 banger's in the sixes were 4-lug. Custom exhaust, all the wires, hoses are from a VCR. The tires I bought at a show and the wheels from my parts box. Color is Tester's 50's Aqua rattle can, it's the closest I could find to Seafoam Green. The 6-banger is from Perry's resin. I believe it is from the Maverick promo model 200 cid.
  5. Love the interior! Nice build.
  6. All I can do is start singing......."Ba Ba Ba Bad.......Bad to the Bone......"
  7. WOW! Very cool! I will use those. Thanks!
  8. The project is going to be the 67 Mustang fastback from the movie "The Last American Hero" starring Jeff Bridges. It looked like he had about 30 milk jugs in the back when getting chased in the movie. Thanks.....I'll look for those!
  9. Thanks for the reply's. I'm going to try a couple of your ideas and see what happens. I guess I could try to find little Masson jars too. 11. Anybody know how I can make (or buy) about 20-25 plastic 1-gallon milk jugs for a moonshine project.....? I've thought about using a resin kit but have no experience with it at all. Any help would be great, Scotty
  12. This guy made his own...... Or you could buy a unit that mounted over a convertible. Just take the trunk lid off and bolt on......!
  13. Thanks guys.....just a do whatever build.......BTW, the rear wheels are from the 2005 Mustang concept car die-cast. They are 24" scale........
  14. I looked up some info as I was curious myself....... Year but also...Trim level.....some have chrome trim on top, some on bottom, some have just the side markers with nothing else or the trim is painted like this one you show. Most of the "trim", like on my 78 1:1 Mustang II, was added at the dealer. But on my 1:1 the guy said he added the trim over the wheel wells. There is also a vinyl strip trim (to match a vinyl roof) that was as thick as the markers and ran level in between them. On the model kit I used the trim is on the bottom.....reissue AMT 77, I looked on a few old MPC kits and the trim line is level in the middle with the markers...and the MPC 1976 Mach 1 has no trim lines, just markers..! Good eye......I never saw that.......
  15. I really love your 67 Pony but this little guy is cool..............!
  16. His train designs are futuristic even today..............
  17. Very cool way to make a sway bar.....!!
