Cool. I know the one resin build i have done it was 40$ for the body. But its just regular resin body. Ya it is very dated. But i like alot of older shows in general so it does not bother me. And like many older shows it is cheesy. But back then it was very futuristic but now of course with what is available today it looks very unfuturistic.

I would like to build the 2 door town sedan model of the Master Deluxe to. I know there was a resin body made at one point but it seems hard to find.

Until now i did not have much knowledge of that at all. Were the models expensive? Im a fan of the original Star Trek. To me it is the best series of any of the Star Treks. I have thought about building the Polar Lights Enterprise model. But im really only interested in building cars and trucks.

I know with resin body ive dealt with before and resin aftermarket parts i was able to sand them down with regular paper

Much more prep work. Sort of like resin parts but more so.

Oh okay. I guess i could not tell. 3d printing has really changed things with model building. I have bought after market 3d printed carburetors and the detail is amazing.

Using the buttons for the hubcaps/rims is a neat idea and resembles the Knight rider wheels perfectly

I have this kit to. It is a crappy kit. But i think its just because its a very early model kit. But when i do build it i definitely want to make most of it i can as far as detail goes. There beutiful cars.

I built the black knight version of a 78 Elcamino years ago. Unfortunately i no longer have that one. The Caballero's are cool.

He was happy to get it and proudly displays it. Its a one of a kind. I even put the proper Michigan license plates on it. -
Yes it is. I used a set of poverty caps and red line tires from him on my 64 GTO.

Sharp GM muscle cars. Did you use Fireball model works carbs? I have a couple but i havent used them yet. There nicely detailed.

I built this from November 2021 and finished January 2022. It was my first and only resin build so far. Jimmy Flintstone body and i used the amt 70 Chevelle kit to build it. And i added many aftermarket and scratchbuilt parts. The coolest thing about this build though is i built it for a friends Grandpa as a replica of his 70 Elcamino. I used pictures of his car and went to work. He displays it along with his real Elcamino. So it was a very rewarding build for me. This picture i took after i finished it and before i gave it to him.

Looks good so far. I like the 4 doors to. I remember seeing a green 72 4 door Malibu for sale a few years ago. Had some rust on rockers but i would of bought it if i could of. I think that had straight 6 in it.
