  1. I remain pretty much speechless on this one. An amazing body of work. I'm very much enjoying watching the build.
  2. Turned out great, Mark! I followed your build thread. It was quite the journey on this one. I have the Cindric Mustang on my bench now. Doing a throwback scheme with the Elliott 1988 championship car decals and such. Hoping it goes together easier than this one did for you. I have about 1/100th of the experience you do.
  3. Gorgeous work! Those wheelie bars are outstanding!
  4. Guessing this is likely going to be an actual wrap similar to the Petty car instead of waterslides? ?‍♂️
  5. Perhaps I'll build a Waffle House diorama to go with the Stenhouse Camaro. ? Seriously, I'll probably build the Stenhouse Camaro to go with the '23 Chase Elliott Camaro that I already have ordered.
  6. Ian's full on custom wheels are awesome. For something similar that's commercially available, and you may already know bout these, pardon me if so, but I ordered wheels for my Nitro Nova project car from Dancing Bear Scaled Components. $90 for the set of 4. https://www.dancingbearscaledcomponents.com/model-wheels
  7. Thanks. I'm still adding to the work space. Enjoying figuring that space out has been very enjoyable for me. I've discovered that knowing what it should look like and actually getting it to look that way are vastly different things. So far this first build is kicking my butt. I think I need to back of, build a few out of the box kits and then start back on the Pro Street/Pro Mod stuff that requires so much modification.
  8. First build is the AMT '66 Nova Pro street...we prefer Chevy II 'round here so I'll stick to that. Resin hood, wing, chin spoiler. Have big and little slots coming for it. Will have blown 572 with a hat. '66 Chevy II Pro Mod resin body. Using the Glidden Pro Stock chassis. Ignore the scoop. It's going to be the "Nitro Nova" with a top fuel motor just for fun.
  9. Amazing build sir. Love the idea of grafting the Mustang to the Avenger body. Looks great! Subbed for more!
  10. Wow. What amazing body of work sir.
  11. It's a '93 with a 454. Had totally custom interior. Miles of tweed as per the 90's style. Even though the truck was new we disassembled it and repainted every inch. Sanding and polishing that thing to show standards was like buffing your house. Especially so given the types of clears we were shooting back then. Har5d to tell in the pic but that center color between the stripes is Raspberry. A true 90's theme. lol...
  12. Thanks Joe! My OBS is a '96. I've had several of these trucks over the years. Truly timeless styling. I love the things. Here's one from back in the day that we showed all across the country and towed with it as well. This is a picture of picture so not the greatest but you get the idea.
  13. My apologies to the Jeff Gordon fans out there but when I saw this set on Ebay I had to have it. It's the 1994 Gordon Superman OBS dually, enclosed trailer and car. Not interested in the car but had to have the dually and trailer for display with my Pro mod/Pro street builds I'm working on. I have a lowered 1996 OBS Chevy dually in real life with race trailer. I lowered the dually from the set by redrilling the axle holes as far up as I could. Worked perfectly. Disassembled everything for paint. I freely admit to being able to cheat the painting process as I work in a large collision center. Turned the repaint over to my painter. I did the detail painting and got everything reassembled yesterday. Super happy with how it turned out. The Gordon set as it came to me. And after the transformation: Here's the real thing with a couple of different trailers we've pulled with it. The last one is the current setup.
