  1. That's really cool! I have the LS conversion kit but have yet to use it.
  2. Growing up in northern Ohio, I saw my fair share of rust (that's why I'm not a huge fan). I do like the patina, surface rust, and weathered look though. I need to do more builds like this, because it's fairly easy to do a nice shiny paint job (at least I have pretty good luck). The rust and weathering take a lot more patience and effort, in my opinion.
  3. Excellent build! Very clean and well detailed.
  4. That looks really nice! I need to get myself one of those kits.
  5. That's really cool! Excellent body work on that.
  6. I believe I have one but it's sealed, so I would prefer to trade kit for kit.
  7. Thanks for tip. I'll definitely give it a try. I made some rust by soaking steel wool in vinegar & water. It makes a great rusty "wash". Maybe I should dry out the rust particles, and use your method with it.
  8. Yeah, I'll definitely heed your advice. It's always been one of my favorites

  18. That's beautiful! I had a 78, and my best friend had a 79 with that type of vinyl roof.
  19. That looks amazing!
