  7. It's been said before but it bears repeating. The common kits need to be released to to the mass market in order to fund the 'fun stuff' we all desire. Whether we believe the common kits are of value to us, the 'fringe modelers', we NEED to indulge them while they attempt to make money to fund the new tools.
  8. Steve Z.............. No Billy this year. He's skipping this year. The restaurant, Brandy's, right there at the parking lot sale site, has a good breakfast for us early risers. NOTE -- Bring a flashlight for the sale. The parking lot lights do NOT come on until it's too late.

  10. I know of a couple builders out that way, but not many. Check with Randy at Dailey Hobbies. Closest club is Group 25 in Toronto. I'm a former President of that club. Check them out this coming Sunday at the MegaCity Show.

  12. George, Had treatments last week and was too tired. I don't like to miss Bob's meeting but that's life. As for the rest of the DMCC guys, most of them only make a day trip for a few hours or less. I have a couple guys coming down from Toronto for the weekend. We've done this for years now and will continue our Toledo Weekend. Rooming at The Comfort Inn Fri. and Sat. nights.

  17. As said many times in this thread......just keep mixing & matching stuff from all the releases. We ALL have plenty of kits to kit bash OTHER parts from for the SBC/etc., aftermarket oddities. Let's just TRY to get the price down a bit, PLEASE Revell?
