  1. Small update today and that is getting the humpy in 2k clear. The splashpaints clear I have used is just amazing. This weekend I’ll hopefully have the rest of the bits for it printed.
  2. Here is a start of another 3d printed Fx Holden it’s going to be built as a mild 60s custom it’s only in paint at the moment as I have to print the chassis, wheels and interior up. I’ve modified the file a bit so it has a front roll pan and I’ll make a custom tube grill for it. The paint is SMS paints Spearmint green with there pearl white on the roof. It is so good being able to build these golden Holdens in 25th scale. My inspirations for these builds are all real shoe cars from the 60s to the early 70s which this obsession of aussie mild customs comes from my pops old magazines he gave to me as a kid.
  3. I 3d printed them myself.
  4. Here is my recently completed 67 Camaro built in a Day 2 fashion the paint is SMS paints Pearl Apple green under their Superclear. This kit has been one of my holy grails of kits and to finally build one is awesome. Hopefully in the near future revell rerelease this kit. Anyway hope you guys enjoy it
  5. Here is my completed 1948 FX Holden Gasser. It is mostly 3d resin printed by me, the only thing that wasn’t printed are the wheels and tyres. The front wheels are made to resemble very Rare John English mag wheels from the 60s in Australia. It is painted in SMS pearl white and Clear green over the top of it. Overall as my real first attempt at a 3d printed model there is much more to learn. The motor is a bare bones Holden 179 with a fuel injection manifold to resemble an alcohol powered car.
  6. There’s lots more build I have to finish and I’ll post them up on here soon.
  7. Now your talking with them on it
  8. Finished this 69 gto kit the other day. The wheels and intake are parts box bits. Painted in SMS paints mostly their clear red and clear orange over a silver base.
  9. This hq looks like it came straight out the old Australian Hotrod magazines from the mid to late 70s it needs some dragway 5 spokes to complete the look I reckon. Looking forward for the end result of this.
  10. Well the paint is waiting for some clear. The chassis needs exhausts and a steering wheel. The body needs decals and glass and then it will be completed.
  11. DDA Ford Falcon XW GT in reef green being built into an aussie 80s street machinethe bottom picture is the inspiration this build was inspired by

  13. Man this is one build that inspires me to build a model of Ken Spence’s Mk 2 ford zephyr that had a 289 hi po motor in it. That was a drag and circuit raced during this era of Australian motorsports.
  14. I’ve started painting the psychedelic paint on the Monaro using various candy paints from SMS paints.
  15. HB Holden torana based of a Vauxhall viva as they were the same car. It will be a funny car build.
  16. Thanks. For the body I found a lj torana body as a 3d file and modified it a bit on tinkercad.
  17. There has been more but slow progress on this. The engine is halfway complete and I’ve decided I will use the correct sort of chassis for this car I just have to print it out. The body needs some painted flames on it. But that’s it for now.
  18. Its SMS paints Royal plum over their grey surfacer and cleared with SMS super clear.
  19. Is the red LC Pro Street 1 because it looks perfect same as that blue Lc
  20. This is one sweet looking hq mate. Looking forward to see the progress.
