Not on this now ,,but a future build ,,just snagged it on Ebay ,,looks like '73 vintage by the numbers on the box , always liked the snub nose 4270 and it's a day cab to boot ,,,I think they reworked the tooling on this to make the 4300 .I most likely will build it as a tractor,,not with the 903 ,, 8V-71 and a RT-910 Fuller , Rayco or Hendrickson spring , update the wheels painted 2 hole Budds on the rear and Alcoa fronts . This is a ways off time wise ,,,Friday maybe.....lol

STS Scale Model Decals – STSDecals

Started the interior tub and tinted the glass ,,Alclad transparent blue ,,same as I did on the Paper Tiger .Bill Allphin apparently hoards single 4bbl Hemi intakes,,,lol and hooked me up with one ! Thanks Bill,,,beats my cobbled up wedge intake!

I meant to comment to Ron Hobby,,yeah Terry is good and like I said I never paid 50 for anything ,,,,considering the complexity of the design and all I think he did a decent job,,,I don't know if you could get an exact match for the multitude of layering/fades/shadows in a decal

I just looked thru my Paypal activity,,I've never paid 50 for anything from Terry,,,the Green Hornet's were the most $35 .I've got him doing 2 more cars that are pretty involved ,,,25 each

Where did you come up with the $50,,, I paid $25 plus around $6 shipping Terry's been pretty fair with his prices considering he has to design the stuff ,,and he sends proofs 1st to you before you commit ,,I thought they looked decent considering the involved paint scheme on the car

lol yeah I usually do 1 at a time but I do plan ahead and try to gather up anything I need for the next one in line

The decals are as close as STS could make them,,that Tuki Hess paint job is pretty involved !! Decals are on,shot the clear and starting BMF
