The Dodge D700 cab was a cast resin find on ebay .I used and modified the MPC 78 Dodge p/u for the interior. The chassis and body was AMT's Ford race car hauler and I stretched the frame.I used the 413 gas engine and 5 speed transmission from the Lindberg Dodge cabover kit . I used the air brake air compressor from the Ford Cat engine and adapted it to the 413 for the air brakes. The Roadrunner is the AMT kit ,I did that back in the 90's . I did the Paper Tiger using the Moebius kit and I did the Comet also-that was a 3 kit kitbash to do. I did his 68 B023 years ago and gave it to a buddy of mine,,,I have to do another,,same with the 70 cuda,,I did the JoHan one,,gave that away too.... wish I still had them,,,the 68 car had a Ross Gibson resin Hemi in it ,build came out nice

Thanks for the help Warren,,, I'm still trying! Maybe I should try and reach out to Jamie Davis Towing! The boom is not too different than the one on the Revell kit I used for the FDNY truck other than the lift cylinder placement,, I could probably try and get another but that's a lot of $$$$ for just a few usable bits

.................getting close,I did a tarp deal, similar to the Earle Asphalt Reo dump I did,,I'm going to put a crushed stone load in it using HO train ballast from Woodland Senics ,have to make a false bottom, waiting on some air horns from STS Paul ,got the cab markers, front signals and rear taillights and mudflaps on ,,,a few more odds and ends to do -
I tried that already Charles,,,I've contacted Miller Industries who bought out Holmes ,,,can't help me ,,,I went so far as to contact the Towing Museum in Chattanooga Tennessee ...old brochures/pictures/sales literature is no problem . If it comes down to it I would scratchbuild ,,but some dimensions would be nice ,,,,I went through this with the FDNY and my Autocar wrecker

Thanks Brian, what I did was with clear inkjet decal paper print out the lettering in the font I wanted a "dulux gold" color with a black outline, then hit the paper with Tamiya Flat Clear ,then I hand painted each letter inside the black outline with Tamiya Chrome Silver, and then when that dried followed up with Tamiya Clear Yellow and a hint here and there of Tamiya Clear Orange and Clear Red ,,then hit again with Flat Clear -
