  1. Mini Truk'n was WILD in the mid-late '80s and '90s. Cool builds man. If you're into old school trucks and dig mind bending fabrication, check out six_four_stout on Instagram. This chic has MAD fabrication skills.
  2. It's easy to apply, follow their instructions. The top coat is transparent, the more coats you apply, the darker/deeper the candy. I do recommend a 2k clear.
  3. Thank you for the information! I'm digging your build!
  4. The Alclad Candy is AWESOME! I really love how it looks. Be aware that it is an enamel. I made the mistake of assuming it was lacquer based on the name. I sprayed Alclad II lacquer clear over it. The enamel pulled away from the edges and sank on the fender. I haven't quite figured out how to strip it.
  5. How does it line up with the firewall?
  6. Yes. I have a HUGE love for these ole girls. I've had mine for 35 years.
  7. Bluetooth. Infinitely adjustable gear ratio from Chuck Berry to MOTÖRHEAD
  8. What color(s) are you using on the body/interior? Maybe match an accent color? I painted the drums for the '29 Roadster with the same paint as the flames.
  9. Enjoy your Holiday! No hurry on my end at all. This project has been ongoing for 4 years.
  10. Very cool build! Brings back lots of memories! Ours was maroon inside and out.
  11. 2ndly, how do the door hinges work the doors? I tried several ways to get these work without scraping, or slipping on the pins.
  12. That'll be a cool ride. I built that one a couple decades ago 😳
  13. Those magnifiers are hobby savers! I don't know if I could build anymore without them. The Willys is a super cool car. I've built a couple with 2 more in the queue. What's your plans for it?
  14. This is a cool Hot Rod! I had a '26 Tall T back in the '80s. I always wanted to build it up, but never did. I REALLY dig what you're doing with this one.
  15. It looks good to me. Your next step will depend on what you are wanting. If you want a super slick and a mirror like finish, you may want to wet sand the surface up to 12000 and polish. I'd park it on my shelf as is.
