  1. Very nice BMW Kaci ! Here is my 323 Alpina you are talking about. A simple but great kit !
  2. I'm a sucker for Mustangs & this one rocks !!! A great vintage historic racer & a super clean build.
  3. I'm myself very interested in model car kit history & that's interesting indeed !
  4. Thanks a lot to all of you, you make my day !
  5. Hi everyone ! I have just completed this Modelhaus '58 Continental. As usual with them, the quality is second to none, they miss me a lot ! The paint is from a Ford "springtime yellow" spray can, very close to the '58 Lincoln yellow. Detailing is kept to a minimum since it is a curbside & the chassis is a one-piece affair. I just used BMF & flocking for the carpeting. Thanks for looking.
  6. I'm a massive fan of Mustangs & I absolutely LOVE this one !
  7. I like these weird cars. You did a great build of this forgotten muscle-car !
  8. Ouch !!! What a collection ! I can't decide which is my favourite, they are all fabulous !
  9. You can't go wrong with a '69 Mustang ! Great build, I like it a lot !
  10. Welcome to the forum Mon !
  11. 😳 I'm new to this forum & I am slowly browsing through it. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this Vette ! I can't find words... Maybe "masterpiece" but it is still underrated !
  12. Superb Vette, the paint job is gorgeous !
  13. 4-door cars are rarely seen in model kit form, & yours is great ! I appreciated rare models, congrats !
  14. This Cad is just fabulous ! And that color... With the white interior, it's a killer. In a report on the French TV a few years ago, they said that the first thing that Frenchmen buy whern they emigrate to the USA is a big old convertible Cadillac !
  15. Done ! I have lots of Cougars, I will post them one by one.
  16. My '77 XR-7 (resin from Paul Hettick) :
  17. Michelle, that big Mopar is fantastic ! It is very nicely built & period correct. Have you printed or bought the '70 Chrysler 300 Hurst ?
  18. Thanks my friends ! Claude, I'm part of Koolest Kruzers too (same screen name, same avatar), we talked together some time ago... And you're right, so much to see here !
  19. YES ! Definitely my favourite Euro Ford ! Great rescue, I like it. A lot !

    Ferrari 330 gts

I didn't know this model (I'm not into Ferraris at all) but it is a very beautiful car. Your model is fantastic (looks like a puzzle, with parts coming from so many sources !), congrats !
  21. I'm a bit younger & I live in France but I have an old friend in the USA who is in his 70 & who told me exactly the same thing !
  22. Thanks so much ! I'm really glad to discover that there is a nice proportion of women on this forum. I'm part of a French modeling forum too (called Koolest Kruzers) & unfortunately, among the 500+ members, there isn't a single woman 😞 . It's a shame...
  23. Perfect French, Alan ! 😉 I already enjoy this forum a lot !
  24. Thank you my friends ! @baycolony : Gil, it's thanks to you that I could have this kit ! For some reason, the American eBay seller didn't want to ship to France. So Gil (we are long-distance friends for years) bought it & kindly sent it to me. I will never thank you enough since I wish to have every existing Cougar model in my collection (I am not that far away) ! Glad to see you here ! @Tony : ouch ! You owned a '68 XR7 !!! In a perfect world, I would drive my good old New Edge daily & have an early Cougar for the week-end drives !
  25. Thank you again to all of you ! I'm very happy with your welcome ! @bytownshaker : Edgar, 40 year working for a Ford dealer, I wish my career was like yours ! @Tony : I was born in '73 too (May 6th). No problem with your joke, I have a huge sens of humor ! Yes, my avatar photo is my beloved Ford Cougar, my trusty daily driver for over 10 years now (for our American friends, New Edge Cougars were sold under the brand "Ford" on overseas markets & not Mercury like the domestic ones).
