good old straight bleach, works quick and its a buck at the dollar store.
say you only want to strip a part of the piece, cover what you don't want stripped with petroleum jelly to seal it off, works like a charm.
the only differences between the 93-97 rangers is the grille and the dashes.
I did and ex cab but haven't got to the interior yet.
If you can find a caster id be willing to put the body up as a master. Id even do an interior for it.

There really is no chart.
Some paints like spazstix and alclad require lower pressures, they state this on the label, if you are unsure of spray pressure do a google search on the paint with spray pressure in the search. or do like most of us and grab a scrap or something and test until you find a pressure that works for you/your painting style.
I got a hold of an old set of hvac gauges (low pressure side) to hook one up to my regulator, great big gauge face ,very accurate and marked in 1 psi increments. I have a couple left if anyone is interested.
