Hey thanks lsufan. I realy want ta see that catalina. Do it in a mild 60s style kustom. Lake pipes, hopped up engine, shave and kandy paint. I actually wanted to get it but you got there first. The think that happened was i screwed up my tube grill and started going loco when my parts pack fell of the shelf and hit me in the head so i took out some stuff and started looking what would work. George, yes its fred sterns. I have gotten those wierd excuses too. Ususaly when i got the news letter i had my mom order it like 10 days after and most of the stuff was gone. Well till one day my mom let me talk to him and i saw why. If you call him and look for special stuff he will put it on the list but if you get it before the list goes out he wont remove it from the list. Then someone else wants it and its gone. He has actually a good buisiness and personaly like dealing with him. I get lots of good stuff from him. The only thing i am always late at are parts. But i got lots of car kit. Last time i bought 3 henry j parts cars for 5 bucks. One was even chope and kustomized but needed to be build. So i actually had good lick. Hey i will pm you and give ya some tips. Steve sweet truck. Wanted to buy parts of Ebay but it was the origional 9in1 with the convert body, fenders, panel body and ton of usefull stuff but it went for like 50 bucks(money that i dont have). what evil said. Castrol super clean is great stuff. Painted a 57 ford one year ago. Didnt like it so i started striping it couple weeks ago. Put the doors and hood in and it lifted off easyly. Even takes of old bondo and putty

been trying to find stuff at resonable prices but havent found anything yet. got more pics though for research. What i ment though was the color and 58 impala body for the chrome trees. May have found one 58 though with ton of extra parts. So the cound it at 1 1/2 impalas. Gona post couple pics of my progress later on the truck

Thought i was the only metal head hear Atleast i know how to headbang . Yeah i am into oldies too, classic rock, punk dark metal ect. I even listen to the new emo yelling to but not so much. 62ss i think you have the same attitude as me. I dont realy care for the value only some i dont build for certain reasons but some of my stuff is from the 60s kits. ex 57 chevy and ford with styline parts. Got those in resto and couple others. Nice work. If ya wouldnt have posted the before pic i wouldof thought its just a build up.

glad to be back. Had to get school supplies, stuff came up at home, new teachers, some stupid needed supplies like one special plastic folder with a clear cover that no one in my class could find and more. Sadly aint got many people at school that build model cars but i know lots of people that share the same taste in music. Well gona try and get alot done in those 2 days i got.
