  1. the paint is beautiful. Love this. Lucky you. I always sort of mes up on my paint. Just painted a 41 chevy truck. Had to assemble the bed completely to paint. Well already painted the bed floor so i taped it. Well took the tape of and saw a nice crusty black line with red mixed in. So now took the bed apart and gona paint the insides of it. But man i cant look at this car alot or i will need a boat to stay at the computer.
  2. Another little monster. Your not buildin one that is smaller than this thing hopefully. You will need like a telescope to work on it. Atleast i kept my title as punk kid Cant wait to the the car fully painted.
  3. Wonder who got me into this Oh i know it was evilone. First he talks me into doing a flake job(great idea) then he turns me into a dark metal head (parents say when thier around to not play that music) and now he turns me into a hearse and ambulance converter Well guys i have made up my mind. With some people takeing one of both and maybe even 2 of both i think it is time to get the kits and start cuttin. I'll start with the impala. May even have one at home.
  4. man before i could post i had to dry my keyboard of all the drool. Man that is nice. Love the paint on it. Chrome suspension Awsome rims even sweeter. Man dont want you kicked of as your builds are awsome
  5. Cant control yourself ? Thats what you think. I think you have more control then me. One i get build ing forget it. No control over what i do. Any updates on the little bigwheel?? Did you fix the top yet?
  6. thats all you gots to say??? just messin with ya of course. But dong lsufan, how many do you have. You probably have more projects than me and i have atleast 10. Love this car. If interested contact the evilone and he will probably help, If ya cant reach him shoot me an email i'll as evil has told me how to do it.
  7. would like to second that bout lsufan. He is great to trade with. He is also a great help with his ideas. Also would like to add ######'n blaque as he sent me my stuff quickly and made sure it arrived, packed it carefully and was a great to deal with. Smart resins is also great to trade with and snack truck is also great to deal with.
  8. Well right now i am trying to find pics and trying to make it as correct as possible. You think they would be popular? As in would there be a great demand or would it just be for the people who build emergency models.
  9. looks like the lowrider guys here are gettin competition. Yes the wheels that evilone suggested are nice. Just looked at them on the internet. Looks great. The links that were posted are even better cndyblu66ss. Thanks homie. Yes rollin evilone and cndyblu66ss are the ones to talk to on the lowrider subject. 14. Well thought i would share something with you guys. When i started collecting 1/64 scale cars and hot wheels i needed somewhere to store them but in the same time be able to look at them. Well my dad then made a shadow box for them. Its in a house shape and has a plexie glass door which you can open. The door will be shut then with 3 small screw in pins. I have had most of these cars in there for about 3 years. They never got dusty. Because of showing somepeople these cases my dad made bout 10 more to sell. Then they werent interested so we tryed to sell them at swap meets. People were always interested till they heard the price of 270 dollars to 300. They asked why so expensive and my dad told them that these are handmade and the price bearly covers the cost to make them. So i though i would share with youguys these case. What do you guys think of them? Let me know whatcha think? These pics below are 2 of the 4 i have in my room. 2 of them are even signed by the actor who plyed millner in american graffiti.
  15. wish i still had a hobby lobby. Here in so cal there are no hobby lobbys only micheals which have great coupons but always have the same darn thing. With those prices i think i will always wait till a swap and get me kits there or trade with the great people on this forum. Well lets see what happens.
  16. well hallow there. Makes you the second person i will know from australlia. If yo uever need anything or are looking fer somethin particular post it in the wanted section. Well enought talk out of me I am realy glad you joined here and hope to see your models.

    Cheviper

times 2. Need pics of motor
  21. wow a 37 ford Kustom. Wow nice odd choice. I know awbecrazy posted up some of them in the link but you can count the 37 customs. Well worked on me truck today. Got my rear hydrolics done just need to make the trailing arems for front and rear and then clean it up and paint. The front will be able to almost drop on the ground with maybe 1.5 mm space left and the rear will also lay frame with 2 mm space left. As for me grill. Crapn sent me the custom grill from amt 53 ford. Well shortened it and tried to put it in my custom grill shell. Well didnt fit. To wide. Now cant use it . Well then realized that i have the custom bumpers and grills parts pack from amt. Took one of the grill and now gona change the front allittle more and put that grill in. Was thinking bout chopping the top but if a can find a sun visor thats would be fine. Well thats all for now. gona post pics up later for the hydrolics. Gona have to make a tank for the bed too. Well any more updates from you guys? Cars are looking gooooooood. Kustom is the 37 chopped? Looks like it. I like it. Want to see more.
  22. love it. i agree the nailhead is a real nice chioce for it.
  23. wow i though only 2 people would be interested. Wow more than i though. You know what that means. Have to get 3 impalas and 3 fords and start cuttin. Well till i finish my own now conversions will be done. Have to do mine first and then start with people who want one.
  24. It wouldnt be just the body. I would be talking bout the streched frame body and the interior tub. Thats what it would be. I know bout what your talking bout when you buy a resin body and the you need to buy 1 kit for the interior, another for the frame and then another for the motor. What i am talking bout is that u will need one kit for the seats dash suspension and motor from one kit not 7. Like the 58 impala ambulance. You wouldnt need the 58 kit for the suspenson motor and some interior stuff. Right now its just an idea but i think i will pull it of after i build my first one.
  25. I will pm you on that as i dont want to hijack his thread.
