Thanks, its Model Master Metallic Turquoise.

Thanks! The tires and redlines came with the kit. It also came with whitewalls if you wanted to go that route.

Thanks, and thanks for watching my video's. I enjoy making them. Even though I'm not good at it, I have fun with it.

Revell kit I recently finished. Thanks for looking.

Thanks! I tried to capture some elements from the original Mobile Units. I'm happy how it came out. 8-tracks, hah. I still have mine, and my Panasonic 8-track home player. Your build sounds really interesting. I hope you do build one. It's refreshing to see someone builds when they deviate from the norm.

Thanks! I just finished decaling it tonight. I used decals from cars, planes, and whatever I had in my stash, but tried to make sense in decal placement. Once the decals dry, I'll install the rear doors then dullcoat it so it's almost finished. I don't know why someone would poopoo creativity. Anyone can mimick, I have more fun doing projects like this which is what any hobby is supposed to be about. Let the puritans be puritans. I'll take creativity anyday. I build for me anyways.

I working on a Italeri LAV-25 Piranha that I'm building as a SHADO vehicle. I just painted it last night, so when it dries, I'll go back and add the detail colors, black wash and SHADO decals. Still have to do the wheels. It's painted Dupli-Color Avignon Blue. My next 3 or 4 builds will all be SHADO related. A what if SHADO really existed, what would they use 30 years later using today's vehicles. The Piranha would be taking the place of the old mobile units. I loved the old UFO show.

Pretty much right out of the box. I used Paintshop Pro to put it in space. Nothing really special. I'm currently working on a SHADO vehicle, a what if SHADO really existed, what would they use in 2011 to combat UFO's using todays current military vehicles. My first SHADO build I'm using a LAV-25 Piranha. I'm building about 5 different SHADO vehicles in all, and Strakers car. I was a big UFO nut as a kid. Still enjoy watching it. I like doing Sci-Fi, nice break from cars. Well here's the TOS Enterprise.

Came out great, don't see many of those. The little butterfly decal is a nice touch. I'll have to remember to look at finger nail decal sets. Never thought of those. Are those a rub on type?

I finished this up tonight. Used AMT 70 and 72 kits which are terrible. Tried to copy as much as I could of the beauty car using pics of the 1:1. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Thanks for the comments. I wanted it to be as accurate as my skills allow because of what this car represents to me. I grew up around the 383 Road Runners, and this car was the car slugging it out on the streets more than the Hemi's. Hemi's were the exception, 383's were the rule, in my part of town anyways.

Thanks! I found the vynil tubing at a craft store called Pat Catans. It's like Michaels. I did the same thing you did and drilled into the firewall, cut the hoses long and ran them through the holes. Your motor compartment looks great by the way, really nice detail. Your time spent has paid off. Mine I used memory of what I owned, lol, so I hope I didn't forget anything. Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

I'm not aware of one. You could use the wedge hood with some sanding and a Dremel router bit. Draw out the U with a pencil, then follow the line with the router bit. I would use masking tape for a guide going down the hood, free hand the u part. Thanks for the comments.
