I'd originally built Eleanor from a AMT 73 Mustang back in 2009 this time around im building another Eleanor from a AMT 71 Mustang kit that i'd got in a trade from Phil Harkins. I havent done much except removing flash & seams.

Nice work on the Trans Am, Nick it almost resembles Red Dragon from the movie "Old School".

Nick, you can put me down im looking to enter a Monogram 70 Pontiac Trans Am im replicating mines from the 1976 movie "Cannonball"

I dont know if its me i'd noticed on the stock grille & bumper part 63 that the turn signal lights are too far in also it has hardly no interior & the hood is molded shut but other than that still a nice kit to build.

There was one other flaw with this kit the fitment of the interior tub. Once you install the body onto the frame the bottom of the interior tub doesnt quite fit flush it has that rockin motion to it because of the transmission tunnel on the frame. Ya'll probably pinpointed that other than that its a awesome kit.

I'd bought this kit today from my LHS i'd been wanting to get my hands on it until now. Its the reissued Monogram Tom Daniel's Streetfighter. I'll be building it out of the box except for a few changes such as: the intake, valve covers, steering wheel & a few other details. No pics as of yet maybe after Christmas i'd wanted to get the post started.

I went over to my LHS today originally buying some Humbrol paint so i'd went to take a look at the kits and this one particular kit was calling my name its a reissued Monogram Tom Daniel's Streetfighter it was saying buy me and so i did for 22 bucks along with six bottles of Humbrol paint and left the hobby shop with a huge grin on my face so tonight i'll be tinkering with that kit.

I was going through my stash i'd came across this build i was working on a year ago not much progress the only thing i did so far is scratchbuilt a new firewall since the kits firewall was all butchered up & scratchbuilt a backing for the kits front bumper. No pics at this point in time maybe later. The color i have planned is from a 2011 Kia Soul. The color is called Green Tea Latte Metallic or GM Citrus Green Metallic a 1970 color.

Nick, Nice build but one thing i'd wanted to point out the subframe on youre build is supposed to be primer gray with the body color overspray on it. The only pieces that supposed to be black is: K-member, upper control arms & suspension. Other than that keep up the great work.

I'd brought Old Reliable to the Tigerfest show on saturday and came in 3rd place.

I'd brought Shop Truck to the Tigerfest show saturday it turned some heads but didnt place anything but thats ok theres always next year.

I'd used a blue Sharpie what i did was flipped the reservoir upside down and painted the inside of it with a Sharpie.

I'd managed to get the Chevelle finished in time for the Tigerfest show on Saturday and brought 2nd place.

I'd been working on this build for almost a year and Packard's Vette is in paint. The paint is Dupli-Color Radiant Silver Metallic & Bright Red. Im looking to have this one finished by next week for the Tigerfest show.

I'd finally got the body in paint i'd used Dupli-Color Radiant Silver Metallic & Bright Red.
