  1. Looks great, the paint really sets it apart...
  2. Man it looks great, nice to see something other then freakin rat rods and, just ol' moldy out of the box builds, everyone building the same ol' thing, great job, everything is perfect....
  3. The only issue I ever had with Krylon, was the primer, went to sand it and it acted just like Testors primer, cloged the you know what out of my sand paper, I do alot of body stuff, I use primer alot, so I started to use Dupli-color primer and it works great for me, so now I use just dupli-color stuff....
  4. Not to steal your post but I got a question, now that you have Pledge with Futur shine, what do you cut it with to airbrush it? or can you go right out of the bottle, to the airbrush?, Sorry man, I just thought this would be a good question to ask, seeing how I'm looking for the Future wax stuff too. Looks to me like his name is Jarred,
  5. OK, just a qiucky update, cept for a few minor details, like the speaker grill's, and the rear dash, oh and the window cranks, which I have to wait for a friend to send me, the interior is all but done, so here it is
  6. Well c'mon man, need to see some updates, on this, I gotta see how this is gonna turn out, I got a 69 Camaro, and this fender shaping would be a killer deal for it, OH heck got some kewl stangs this would work on too, great job,
  7. Yea most of the interior will be white, doing the door pannels as I type this, but am having issues with the window cranks, have to figure out how or what to use to scratch build them I guess, or just go without them, and let everyone think it has all power goodies....
  8. Well it gets me to thinking, I did have a can of metal flake from HOK, but its all gone, but man I'm just not into paying like 5 bux a can plus shipping, for a lil can of the stuff, but I will do a spoon test, your probly right tho....
  9. This build's really fresh , especially the wrap-around molded in skirts and the overall sculpted look. The stance, now that you've brought the rear end down a little more, is spot on! What are your plans for the grille, if any? Any thoughts on paint?
  10. Shouldnt even bother updating this, with all the responces, but what the heck, just a small teaser of the interior, an yea its crushed blue velvet
  11. Like I said wasn't to happy about the ride height in the rear, just wasn't in the weeds, sooooo I fixed that, some new mock ups, and this is where she sits today
  12. OK, here's another in the shop of the Unforgiven, now I got this from a friend of mine and was going to go pro/mod, but ahhhh what the heck try something I usually don't do, now tha plan is simple realy, drop her in the rear, with some molded cruz'r skirts, fill in the rear pan, and the front valance, with a set of lake pipes, on beauty ring'd with moon cap'd white walls, well these first few shots are of before I started the body work, so I'll let the pic's show you, , After some body work, frenched the tail light's in, molded the cruz'r skirts. still have a lil work to do like the fill in the front valance, and smooth out the rear pan Now quick mock up, not to happy about the ride hight
  13. I always thought thats how you chop a top, unless your gonna lay the A post back, did the quarter roof on my 59 cady Reapers Ride the same way, came out great, nice job, by the way, keep us posted...
  14. Only one word comes to mind, AWESOME, great job man
  15. Just way to kewl man, just way to kewl...
  16. This is looking great, man I hope you find some headlights for it, I'd hate to hear it went back into a box becouse of not finding anything....
  17. Nice work on such a classic kit
  18. I use the tube of bondo glazing putty, spot putty if you like, on small things but use the 2 part bondo on big things, like the pannels. there is sheet plastic behind it, but its all filld with 2 part bondo, and alot of sanding to get it as smoothas I could, when I did the '65 Grocer Getter, not the best pic,
  19. Thats pretty dang good man....the joker no less
  20. Gotta say, nice clean work...
  21. Dont skirt it, just wouldnt fit the build at all, and I agree with Rollinoldskoo, lose thos 20 year old pegasus, and slap a set of those newer version, low profile puppys on that slammer build,
  22. OK this aint fair, I like them all, I'm stuck, dont know which one I wanna vote on, DANG IT . Dang that was painfull, to many choices, but I had to go with the green 32 ford, just like the body style, and overall build was just nice and clean, IMHO...
  23. Now there are a few ideas, going thru my head on this
  24. I have the same kit, it was a blast to build...
  25. Looking good man...
