  2. Heres a few engine shots........Using a 283/327 mated to the kits Org Trans.......... The chassis is all painted now as well as the molded in exhaust ACK!!! I removed the molded in tailpipes cause i would like to make my own set so they can be seen.........will try and grab pics of that tonight.....once i get the new tailpipes in place.........

Git this acouple weeks ago and didnt do anything till monday of this past week (didnt have a lake set up) let it set in the lake all week cause i got busy! well last night i get it out and cleaned it up, And went to town on the bad glue spots!!! And guess what! i was to do them all with out any putty!!!! Just alot of sanding! The taillites i was only able to get one set out, the other side i needed to use a cut off wheel in the dremel and cut the back side of the lights (the bar that atatched the three lights, then drilled out the center and using a small Jewelers bit in the dremel i reemed out the inside of the bezels ever so carefull, now all i have to do is find some org taillites LOL.......... Heres a few before pics........... Next post will be of the new color .......
  5. These came in the mail yesterday..........Talk about a year end blast!!!   9. Here's a few i finished so far this year..... Dont have this one any more but did get along ways on it and it used to be a drop top.......that needed help
  10. Its a resin body (Dragcitycasting) with plastic doors ad hood........... the body itself was made from the AMT 60 starliner not the hubley kit....... Thank you......
  11. Seeings how i needed to fix the other hood, I decided on something radical. to follow the theme of the whole build....... Heres the new hood...............

  13. using a thick strip of eveergreen i cut them to lenght,when that was done using an even smaller strip of eveergreen i replaced the drip rail... With the thicker strip I just glued it in and using my files i was able to get the shape back in. That was when i added the smaller strip for the drip rail. This belongs to a friend of mine down under and both A-pillers we're broken.
  14. Never had any problems before puttin more then one pic per-post....... After the first picture URL i go and click the image tag as i always do and go to paste the URL in and it moves down a line and doesnt work.......weird!!! strange even...........

Slowly coming up to getting it finished...........its right around the corner......... missing one gun site for the passenger side fender,and have some issues with the door panel hittin the dash (will fix that this weekend)......... Other then that she is almost ready for the contest i am building this far......... Thats Odd! i can only get one picture to work in here? ( Anyone know why? am i missing something..........please do tell)

Alittle FYI here! when i did my bed floor i used two driver side inner fender wells to the box, Which really helped out in the end....( I think Casey's attept is better tho then how i did mine) And Casey! AWESOME! Its good to see someone jump in on a project and take action! keep at it! It looks really good from where i am sitting! Anymore questions ask away! (always glad to help out a fellow modeler)

  20. That looks Great Deke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did acouple one in blue (Irivn Helped with it) then i did a red one....... Have two more to restore some day.........and one set of red decals left.....thinkin of a new color to try them out on........
  21. 1972 AWB Nova............... Started this one awhile ago and was kinda bored today so i tinkered with it some, and bi-golly i finished it............ Had a small block before with tunnel ram but heck biger is better some times................ ENJOY! Mike
  22. No I wished tho! alot of stuff got put on the back burner for awhile....... I hope to be back at it soon!!! Got a new job and thats keeping me busy, so maybe soon i can get back to it. just not to happy with the paint job on this one tho............. THANKS!!!
  23. Yes they are Irv!! only set i had handy! I wanted to use the "Arter Rake" ones But they wasnt handy! LOL You know tho! you may get me switched into using these types of wheels tho! they really do set it off!!!!
  24. Started this little project yesterday. The body started out as a 1966 Olds 442 Convertible That i got a few years ago,and a piece of resin to make this little wagon........... Gona need some help tho, Cause i need to re-scribe the lines back in and thought some one may have an easyer way of doing it..... ENJOY!
  25. The slant six came from the Deroa Kit and the blower was scratch built out of Alum tubing and the intake from a 1999 SVT Ford lightining pickup the injector/TBI came from a monogram 1992?? F350 daully kit (F250 is the same engine as well)....... Just a matter of trying to blend it all togather when you gather enough pieces...... Thanks!
