  1. Dave, beautiful build. Nice and clean indeed.
  2. Yeah, I thought so. I think Billy ended up cutting his hair and cleaning up before he went up to see the judge. Wasn't his sentence something like 12 years?
  3. That last pictures reminds me of Mr. Lane. Is he out of prison already?
  4. Drago, I'm glad I'm not too late to enjoy this build in progress. I'm loving every step of the build so far. Keep it going.
  5. Ice Resin works really well too, and it can be tinted. Art, beautiful tip, thank you.
  6. The beauty of working with enamels and the Paasche H airbrush is that regulator needle can be adjusted and opened all the way to get the right amount of paint on the body, starting with those seems and sharp angles where the paint tends to pull away.
  7. Welcome to the forum, Shawn and thanks for sharing this WIP. I've always loved this vehicle, I think it makes for a great subject.
  8. Cool, I've copied all the builds posted so far. Those of you who still have not done so and feel anxious or hurried, do not worry, there will be a part 2 to the video. Although please do keep posting your progress here. Thank you.
  9. Ken, welcome to the eye candy factory, and I really like that van. All the models look good and so thank you for sharing. Stick around, there's loads of fun to be had.
  10. Wayne, your expression in the Brando picture is priceless. It's almost as if you had just heard about some plot to leave a horse on someone's bed!
  11. Thanks for the clarification and wonderful comments.
  12. Robert, you've got a great imagination. I like this and the model you are working on for the TZH Squad.
  13. Robert, I copied the picture. That's a unique build you've got going on. I also like your ONE WAY van you posted in another thread.
  14. Raoul, no doubt, your models are beautiful. I also think folks like Tom Kren and Bill Stillwagon build some great "clean" models too. Not to mention Steve Boutte and Ted "Chopper" Lear. The late great Ricky Couch.
  15. There we go, that's the man right there. The RAT FINK himself. That's a great picture!
  16. As the youngsters say these days: WORD!
  17. Sounds cool, a different color door or hood will give it that perfect daily driver look.
  18. Paint your heart out and remember to don that mask!
  19. Ryan, got it, thanks. I will use it. Steven, I think I will be putting the first part of the slideshow together tomorrow night and if I finish it I will upload it Monday morning. Don't worry, you won't miss it. There will be a second and probably a 3rd part. We have over 85 models being built. AND, I will post the link to the video here so everyone can see it.
  20. Thanks for the kind words, buddy. I appreciate your support.
  21. Cool, the regulator's got a nice moisture trap. I put a little piece of paper towel in mine to soak up the moisture that collects and I change it every other AB session. Great score, Andy.
  22. Gunner, it looks like you are cuckoo for demolition derby vehicles, mud, rust and gunk! Nice collection.
  23. Mike, are you calling Donn or me a "young" man?
  24. Austin, it looks like you are off to a good start. Looking forward to more.
  25. Phil, I beg to disagree, I think you could build them. If you PM me your address, I will send you a few bits of raw materials, and your homework assignment will be to build a set for your own garage!
