  1. Nice and smooth.
  2. Ditto!
  3. Steve, I've always found that curious too. That "other" magazine always uses that under their show coverage captions. I think a model needs to take as long as it takes, pure and simple. Sometimes I think the shorter it takes the more fun and "in the fun zone" the builder has placed him or herself.
  4. Nice, clean model. Congrats.
  5. Wow, that engine is a monster. You are making some great progress.
  6. These glamour shots are calender quality! Beautiful! Again.
  7. Dave, that's a beautiful color. It's looking great, and classy. Keep it going, chap.
  8. Walt, that's looking might good. Can't wait to see more.
  9. Oooh, I love the way this one is turning out. I am always amazed at the skill level with these scratch-built frames. Fantastic job! Keep it going.
  10. Yeah, that sounds right, and probably is the idea of what I will do with the next one . . .
  11. Thanks, Art, that does help!
  12. I think the next one I build, I am removing all the side trim. Make the body more leadsled like!
  13. Sometimes the best bet is to turn around and support your local hobby store, or a wonderful place like MODELROUNDUP! And NO, they are not paying me to say that!
  14. I have one and haven't used it since I started using both House of Kolor and Auto Air color paints.
  15. Another fantastic build. Wow, I love this one. I just got a set of those decals from Slixx Decals. Very nice.
  16. Looks killer! Keep it going.
  17. Done for the night. Tomorrow work begins on the chassis, interior, and engine . . . stay tuned in!
  18. Wow, what a beauty. This thing looks stealthy, and spaced-out too. Very cool, John. Excellent progress.
  19. It's tough to say. In the Lab-RAT-ory when the CREW is at full-steam-ahead, a week is all it takes, but sometimes it will take a few months. Then again, some projects get pushed aside and sometimes they get finished a few years after the fact.
  20. Bring it on, the Aliens are getting restless in old Area 51.
  21. Loving it! Yes! The floodgates are officially open now! Bring it on.
  22. Oh yeah, another killer model in the works. Keep it going.
  23. Thanks for all the kind and generous comments.
  24. Eric, those look fabulous . . . I think you and Antonio are doing some amazing things with tape and paint. Keep the eye candy coming!!!
  25. HA! Thanks, Dave. Well, I keep pushing it . . . since I wasn't crazy about the yellow and red . . . well, now I really like it and here's why! The rub-on decals come from the Pine Car section of my LHS. Lots of new choices these days, very cool. I think this one is finally headed in the right direction!
