Harry you would be surprised how much older cars and trucks go for now days.That truck woud sell for $1,500 or more now days.No way would they pay me anything less than what it would cost to replace it. Just look around on the net and you will see what truck like that goes for that age.

Looks like more than one tree needs cut down around your property.Trees are not good around anything they can fall on.You see it on the news all the time.People get a clue.I just love those trees until they fall on a house or car.For the model you have the best seat in the house for reference. When the tax payers get all the money back that they paid to save GM . Then maybe they will be someone worth talking about? I just had to say that when people bring up GM products.

With all the talk here. What do you really think needs to be done to solve are oil problems as far as fuel goes? Nothing we have now can really replace it.You have to have fuel of some kind to make it all work.What do we have that will not run out at some point just like the oil?

What all of you have not mentioned is there are more people than ever before using oil.With every country becoming more inline with the more properous countries of the world. There is going to be more demand for more than just oil.There are and will be more problems to deal with than just oil.There is only so much on this earth of everything to go around.We are not the best at doing anything but taking all we can take for today and not caring to save anything for tomorrow.The more people we have the more we need.

You are so right on that. I own a real one it is sitting on my engine stand. I have been been wanting to get it running again one day and put it in my 79 Capri.

I think we are just like the kids and their games and such. We come to this form because we want information now. We get instant results and information. Magazines you have to wait for and you are at the mercy of the content of said magazine. Then if you do not like what the content is in it you feel cheated. When the magazines go away so will the sites unless they start charging for them. Would you pay for this site now ? Many of you would not as you do not even support the magazine that brings it to you. I think that is strange thing. Take the milk and honey for free and diss the magazine. Nice of you folks to do that.

I agree that no one should park a car after just a few laps.You should have to run the full race.They are doing a disservice to the sport and should be paid nothing.If your not there to try and win what is your point of being there? Multicar teams have a much bigger advantage over a one car owner as they have more sponsor money to spend on all aspect of building and maintaining a race car.It shows in the race results.Multicar race car teams win more often than not.The more you own the bigger the piece of the pie you get.Just like any other business.

I agree with you. One car, one owner and one driver only. There are 43 cars out on the track and you only here about a very few cars or drivers. The rest are only fillers to fill the field and they do not count because they are the poor teams with limited budgets.Those are the guys that are the heart and soul of what racing is all about to me.

Do you take it car shows? If so what class do they say it goes in?

I like what you have done to this kit.The colors look great.I have one of these and yours is the frist one I have seen being built.Keep up the great work on it.

You can use paper clips for the hinges. You can bend and shape them any way you want.Plus they are cheap.

Thanks for the replies. I have been working on the cab and have it pretty close to being finished. The side windows on the extended part have me stumped as to how to make them and look like they should. They are almost flush and have a small molding a round the edge. The interior is ruffed in but not to my liking.I was just hoping someone made one with a good looking interior on the extended part.
