Real name concerns
James Flowers replied to trogdor's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Just Google your name and see what comes up. I am sure you are not the only one with the same name as you have. With out any other information other than your name. You may be surprised how many of you are out there with the same name? -
Thread Hi-Jackers R U 1
James Flowers replied to Romell R's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
You know that it is to bad that anyone not a member of this form can not see all the great models that were posted in the thread "Show Your Stuff" in the "Rants and Rave" section can not be seen by them? You have to be a member here to see the" Rants and Raves" section. Maybe if they could they might just want to join this form? Were you talking About that kind of High-Jacking? -
I still think you are a robot. You turn out endless models. Another well done one.

My brother-in-law had a 58 Pontiac and I loved the looks of that car. It was blue with a black tuck and rolled interior. You do some great paint work on your cars. I would have to agree with David G. on this one though. The paint work does hide the lines of the car. I would have to look really close if you had not said it was an 58 Pontiac to know it was one.I mean no offense at all by this.

Solar flares are on the rise again.

Late 78 models had the square headlights also.

Good luck too your son. He could not have joined a better branch of the service. I know I sure liked them fire fighting boys when the KC-135 tanker caught on fire as we landed one day. They were there waiting when we got stopped. Put that fire right out. The pilot let the copilot land the plane and he applied to much brake and caught the brakes on fire.

Drive your Chevrolet to the levee...
James Flowers replied to sjordan2's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I do think the ripple effect is all ready here. The problem is when company gets so big that it has to be supported by tax payers money it is no longer a business worth anything. Why not bail out every business? That only seem s fare does it not? Then we will all have jobs. Everyone business that goes out more jobs are lost. Is that not so? We tax payers should give money for anyone that runs their business into bankruptcy. Sounds like a good plan. You got the money tax payer. I can run my business into bankruptcy , because all I have to do is ask you tax payers for the money to bail me out. Works for me. That goes for Wall Street also. Send your tax dollars to your friendly bankrupt company today. They need it. -
Been occupied

I feel your pain on the flooded basement. When I was still at home my bed room was in the basement. I woke up and stepped into water about 8 inches all over the basement. Not fun at all. -
Drive your Chevrolet to the levee...
James Flowers replied to sjordan2's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
So you think that all the other manufactures would not increase their production and create those missing jobs? So you really think this country was founded on welfare? What makes it right just because a company gets so big that it deserves tax payers money to survive? This way of thinking is why we are in the trouble in this country. Failure Is a part of life. Deal with it. -

I for one can not understand why anyone would support any company that needs tax payers money to stay in businesses.I do not think that we in this county were taught that welfare is a right of passage. So what if they go out of businesses? They are not the only auto makers out there. Someone will just take their place. Like so many times before. -
PERFECT....OR NOT?????
James Flowers replied to Peter Lombardo's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I think it is sad that people are more worried about a base ball game. Than what is happening in this country. When people take their country as serious as their base ball. We might get something done. -
I like the color. Very nicely done all the way a round.
-
Nicely done. They both look nice.

From what I see I do not like the wheels at all. The rest does not look bad at all.

Not a bad looking plain wrapper you there. My son had a V8 Ranger for awhile it was a fun truck to drive. But I will take my 97 over it. It is way more comfortable than the V8 was. The 4.0 has all the get up and go I need these days.

evilone your tried your best. His last post proves he can not understand what people are trying do do for him.

Parts that go MIA!!
James Flowers replied to tuffone20's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
We have all lost a part at one time or the other. I do not think it is right for anyone to expect a model company to replace a part they lost. To me that is abuse of the company. I see you did the right thing a bought another kit. Good for you.
