I was in the U.S. Air Force at the time. Yes I requested to be station there or ST. John's. ST John's was closed down by then so it was Goose Bay for Me. I liked it there. Plus I knew it was easy duty there.My cousin was station at ST. John's when he was in the the Air Force. He married a great gal from there. Not why I wanted to there for though. I did meet a couple of real nice girls though.Happy Valley was an interesting place. I would like to go back and see what it is like now.They have a camera on the web that you can see what it looks like in that spot.some of the guys restored some of the old cars that were left there over the years and shipped them home.Did them right at their work stations that's how laid back it was there.Plus you could fly out to fishing camps if that was your thing or ski and snowmobile in the winter.

I spent a year in Goose Bay. Does that count?

They make a 1/24 scale 96 Lincoln Limousine. Model Number SS 0701 made in China on the bottom of the car. The car on the bottom says 1/24 scale all though it is not 1/24. It is smaller than 1/24 scale. I have one. I will have to find the box to see who made it.

While I appreciate what He has done. What is the point? If all that inside detail is covered up when it is built? Maybe if it was cast with clear valve covers, oil pan and block it would be worth it.I can understand wanting the external parts to look real.

I bought one of those with the same thing in mind. Did you change the body in the quarter panels and rear windows? I like what I see so far.

All I know is that I had to update awhile back to SP2. I do not seem to have any problems with the new board and that is what I run.

I like the color of it.If it had stock hood that would be one heck of a sleeper.

If you run XP you need to update to SP2 service pack.

Nice engine choice you made . I like it. I like the exhaust also. I put exhaust like that on my cars in the 70's. This build just gets better all the time.

Looks great. Those headers are wild looking with that kit. Two of my favorite models of all time are the Comet and Maverick from Jo-Han.
